I feel like the developers haven't figured out how to do the monstet-like transformations in this game engine. Hence, No SSJ4, no Monster Zarbon, no extra human or Frieza race transformations, and no transformed 13 or Bojack. Hopefully the XV3 engine has upgrades. Or they can figure it out with the extra Dev time
