If you listen closely, you can also hear a Dutch commander say something a couple of times. The only Dutch commander we have right now (Conrad Helfrich) doesn't have Dutch lines as far as I know. So, I assume we will get a new commander.

Hell, yeah, I'm excited... it's dutch, like me. The friesland gets company.
Fun fact both cruisers de zeven provincièn and de ruiyter, where sold to Peru, like some of the friesland and holland class destroyers. And our second aircraft carrier to Argentina renamed to almirante something just like both cruisers they are both in the pc Game, de zeven provincièn in the dutch tech tree and de ruiyter in pan America.
I've seen.some of the cruisers gameplay for pc, but Jesus on a mopped,those airstrikes are no joke. I also like the dutch destroyer tromp. That thing is a beast, smoke torps and airstrikes.
When it released for pc, they told that the airstrike represents the netherlands and its overseas territory don't need cv. Their fighter planes can reach the seas an ocean in a matter of minutes.
But I'm excited for this ship and a possible dutch tech tree line. And hopefully war gaming goes and find bleu prints of dutch cruisers and destroyers who kicked derriere, and slapped silly during ww2. Like the destroyer tromp and the dutch terrible twins. If the flores and her sister soemba come to legends I'm going to freak out. 🤪
I definitely want it ... Number one reason, im Dutch ! Not sure how good the airstrike will be, but should be useful to take out other cruisers behind islands and to force BB´s to keep moving ... Also wondering what a triple division will be like, could be pretty nasty

busted lol. The first airstrike did 21k damage... and yet 2 more were still on the way. I'd hope its kinda like torps where there's a decent cool down, cos this makes the carriers look like nothing😂
51 seconds going by cooldown after activation in trailer. Though it looks like anything staying mobile and not going in a consistent line can dodge easily enough. Trailer is also likely using a near perfect scenario as well so might not be as effective under less controllable circumstances.
Am curious if AA guns can shoot-down bombers as that may limit the damage they can do as well?

That ship looks a little busted because of the air strike damage. I like it because it's something new and unique. The damage the air strikes do is probably going to need to be Nerfed.

I think it’s gonna be devastating. how do you disengage from it? You can’t hide behind an island anymore, and it’s a cruiser so gonna be tough to kite away. Time will tell I guess.
It has bad concealment, tops out at 31 knots, so basically on par with some battleships and the airstrike range is pretty close to the concealment range so chances are you can move away from it. 15 second delay before bombs hit is plenty of time to avoid the 20k, but yes, you wont be able to hide behind islands anymore lmao

yay... more airplanes, with even less amounts of skill required to use... i don't mind CVs as they're somewhat easy to dodge even in bbs if you know what you're doing. but this airstrike bs able to push out 20-30k dmg per drop x3 with 50 sec reload is going to screw over every ship with AA below Superb rating (looking at every ship other than the US, swedish dds, a few french bbs and a couple cruisers who actually got better AA then most bbs)
50 second reload per squadron, so 3 minutes for all three planes, and a 15 second lead time. Id say this takes much more skill than a CV. Exceptions would be blind striking a smoked DD or any beached ship

Seriously- W.T.F. 21k per salvo and you get three of them? So if a BB is parked behind an island, you can potentially nuke him in one dev strike with absolutely no defense? I hate island camping as much as the next guy, but that looks BUSTED...

He goes into the little details of the trailer. Specs wise the ship is pretty mediocre. The airstrike range is kinda low. The player had a legendary and epic mod. The biggest thing I think is that 13 second drop time. Now that I'm typing this. It reminds me of arty gameplay I WoT.
