For those still having trouble, i bought this set for my wife and finally got both sides to work. Hold the button for 6 seconds or till they shutoff put both buds in the case at the same time when they turn red take them both out at the same time then they will start blinking blue and the left side should start blinking blue and red which means its ready to pair with your device, go ahead and pair and both sides should work perfectly atleast this is what i had to do hope this helps everyone

I've done this so many times now and they still will not pair up. Waste of money, tbh. All my other wireless headphones work perfectly. Really frustrating.

okay im not sure what is different about mine but they are the exact same model as seen in the video. I pressed the buttons on both 6 times, the light stayed continuously blue on both. I then turned both off at the same time and back on at the same time. Once that was done i turned bluetooth back on and connected them

It actually did, wasn’t expecting it to lol, but I’ll probably shop around for new ones, these are a massive headache
I just put the one that didnt work in the case and paired the other one and then the other one paired
So just because something did not work for you means it doesn't work at all? Maybe yours doesn't have the same issue? Maybe you did it incorrectly? Calling people liars a bit much?
Only my right ear bud lights up when in case and then when I go to lesson to music only the right one works

When I got mine both worked but I lost the left one
I fixed mine my turning off Bluetooth on phone. Taking buds out of case. Turning each one off by holding the buttons. When they are both off hold both buttons for 10 seconds (it will cycle on then off again) then return to case. Take back out and pair. (I got that from their user manual)

This video isn't very clear, but from what I tried, I took them both out and turned them off one at a time by holding the button until they turned red. Then I put them back in the case. I followed the directions from another commenter and took the left one out first and pressed it 6 times and put it in the case. I then did the same with the right ear bud. I then took them both out and put them on my desk. Both of the ear buds were blinking blue at this point. I then went onto my phone and went to the blue tooth menu and connected.
It fucking finally worked when I did it this way. Its fucking retarded that we even have to do this to fix them, but oh well haha First world problems lol

My issue is that only one works at a time and they have separate listings on the phone, the earbuds are not pairing with each other. For several months now only the left one worked at all. I finally got the right one working again but they're still not paired with each other. I can only have music in one ear. I've been trying to figure it out and get them both working together and have seen a few videos like this that suggest pressing this same thing with pressing the buttons 6 times. Mine are a newer model than this. Pressing the button 6x doesn't do what these did in the video. If you can suggest how to get them paired together again I would very greatly appreciate it!

This video was very helpful!I wasn't getting any sound from my RIGHT earbud except the voice that said "power on-power off-pairing" and after copying this video they both work!

Only my right ear but works and there still new I could often hear like as if the music was skipping like an old cd player but not it just stopped working all together how do I fix that problem??

You can use the master side separately.
This didn't work for me, the issue I'm having is the left earbud isn't charging, the red light indicator isn't lighting up and it won't turn on, pair to my device, or go into pairing mode. My right earbud works perfectly fine though and I've searched everywhere for a way to fix them and nothing works.

@@1traffer hey so II actually figured out how to fix them if your still have issues all I did was leave them both out all night until they're fully dead then I put them in the charging case the next day and that worked, I apologize if it doesn't work for you but I found that somewhere on redit
So you’re supposed to touch one ear bud 6 times after pulling it out the case. Then repeat on the other ear. This should turn led red for a second. Unfortunately it doesn’t work on mine. Mine never turns red.

Try leaving both earbuds out the case for 24 hours and then putting them back again im gonna try this too I'm having the same issue only on my left earbud
Having the same issue now. I kept having issues with the left side working so I just tried to repair them. Now it will only pair one or the other but not both like it thinks they are two separate sets of headphones.

Audio quality is great...when they work.
However most of the time the right ear bud stops working and I have to mess about re-pairing them.
Like others have stated, avoid these and either get a better brand or stick to classic bluetooth/wired headphones

TheGoofle pretty sure you leave the case open and earbuds out overnight and then if u recharge em the next morning you should work, also unpair them before you do this by forgetting it through the bluetooth setting on your phone.

1. TURN THE EARBUDS OFF
2. WHEN YOU TURN ON THE EARBUDS DONT LET GO OF THE BUTTON. KEEP HOLDING UNTILL IT SAYS "PAIRING"
3. PAIR TO PHONE
4. PUT BUDS BACK IN CASE, AND TAKE THEM OUT AT THE SAME TIME.
5. CONNECT TO PHONE AND ENJOY
