your hair is probably growing, but your problem might be length retention. if you notice that you shed a lot of short hairs, your hair is breaking off at the ends so it doesn't look longer. try trimming the ends. if you already do that, keep your hair in low tension protective styles. one thing that helped me a lot is oiling my ends
