Good guide i LOVE the UE build and watched this to see other play styles. Some play with Catrolps and some play with Companion and i've even seen Marked For Death out there lately and all of which aren't bad but the way I see it u have it right man! Companion is 100% the way to go. Pushing to 77 with this myself, And there's no survivibility issue when u can studder step (Shoot and move barely then shoot again) all of the affix's and ranged/melee attacks. You rarely die with this build in a 76. Overall really strong build nice guide and thanks for the help ^_^
Since you are using Cindercoat in the cube i would recommend "Trail of Cinders" rune making it a fire spell.
+Ev0clipse The difference is like 0.4 dicipline, so it doesn't change much. Not sure if dicipline works with decimals or if it gets round up to a full number.
This build is viable for both solo and group, for sure shadow set will be better for group, and mara can be better for solo, but UE can do both pretty good.
The only bad with solo UE is that the progress is dependable of the map layout, if it is narrow that might be a problem for 75+
i found that 37% cool-down is the best, its right on the dot and the wolf comp is up 50% of the time (Really up every time a rare pops up)

Nice video, is this a viable option for someone who's just starting with D3? Can I use the build without having all the gear you have or is it better to use another build until I'm geared up?
You can use this build right off the bat but as for gearing up I suggest you stick with your best equipment until you can breeze through t6. It's better to collect them and equip your gear all at once to see the significant change in your dps and survivability in higher gr

Builds for DH? I haven't played this since the pre nerd M6 sentries.
I can't do anything 70+ due to the immense lag. It's so nice to see how fast you can move and shoot without lag. I am in East coast using Time warner cable, that's a toxic combo, D3 is just not playable at higher rift. Every vault has a noticeable lag ~0.2s. Elite is worst, some times when a yellow pack pop into screen there will be a 0.5 to 3s lag. then I will just die for no reason. Currently both my monk and hunter are stuck at 72 because of lag. there is aboslutely nothing I can do....

Unfortunately, with my luck with RNG, I'm probably gonna have to wait until another season offer UE set for set reward :P
+mootang just find a group to lootshare with and you will get the set in no time. if you are on PC you cant find a group in the DH community.
Hmmm, you might be my lucky charm. Right after I read your comment, I played normally and got all UE set + perfect roll Yang's Recurve in less than 2 hour.

Had a question, what about swapping in a RoRG instead of conventions,
and then replacing gloves with magefist? Im aware a perfectly used
convention has about dbl the sustained dps but if their's no mobs around
when your on fire its totally lost damage? my other thought was rather
then restraint focus which is like 125% damage together what about dbl
Soj? 20% fire - 30% elite damage, and 12 max discipline for another 360%
damage each? or is my understanding of R/F ring combo off?
+Christopher Donnelly F/R are better still. they over double your damage.
What do you think of the cold rune for multishot? Since it procs your cull and trapped and gives an extra passive. Also the rocket changes, one enemy can only be hit by one rocket per cast, is it worth it. Plus the crit bonus it decent, basically a mass singled out :/
+Stinso NI its not bad but rockets are so overpowered that any high end UE build has to use them. same goes for m6
what do you think about the elusive ring passive for canais cube, "60% reduced dmg after castin vault"
would it be better to use ring of royal grandeur in the cube then switch out unhollowed essence gloves for a magefist? +fire dmg and all ...
Hey man, I have a quick question I'm on pc and xbox 360. When I go on my Xbox 360 I can't go to the unhallowed essence dungen and the arc 3 looks diffrent it's Sandy and not the same, is PC version only available for dungens?
The Xbox 360 and PS3 will not be receiving anymore patch updates starting with 2.4. Only the Xbox One and PS4 for consoles will be updated any further. I would just stick to PC and drop the 360 version.
what did u use for edit video ?what kind of program ?
how the heck you have 2.4k dmg ? i have smiliar gear and im at like 1.9k, does the extra dex from enchantment makes that huge difference ?
Why didn't you change your Yangs to Fire Damage?
How can you have 99% increased multishot damage on ur quiver?? I have the same and i can only reach 15% as max! ?

I really don't understand how you can have 2.4+ million damage. I don't have an ancient weapon like you do but I do have a lot of ancient armor pieces. I'm using the exact items that you are and have similar stats. Is it the paragon level difference? I'm just shy of 600 but I see you're at 850. does the combination of 250 more paragon points and an ancient weapon add up to that much damage?
+OrderandChaos yes it does. The ancient weapon alone adds a ton! My DH is clearing 76s at the moment aiming for 77 today and i have the ancient weapon and am paragon 900 it makes all the difference.
I've been waiting forever to find an ancient bow. I've only ever had one drop for me and it was garbage.

how does fire helps us if on multishot we have the rune with physical (full broadside) ? I don`t get that part.
+A. Slayerr arsenal is the rune i use in this build but if you use a different rune then you should use the corresponding element
With arsenal everything makes sense.But i was watching people on leaderboard with 40% fire,and with the full broadside rune.and i was a bit confuse.Ty
Which is better? Focus and Restrain's 50% + 50% dmg increase or 12 Discipline(240% dmg increase)?

im using the obsidian ring of zodiac in my kanai cube, since i have the convection of elements already physically equipped. i just started and my set is not fully complete/optimized, so this basically allowed me to have my vengeance up 100% of the time :)
im able to do GR50 pretty smoothly in under 9min.

picked up an ancient yang's but only have 4 stats...i see you have 5..not including socket/consumable...why?
+HokkeeKun sometimes you get a double resource cost reduction roll
+HokkeeKun You can get 6 stats too. but that requires some fine tuning. first you reforge legendary from cube to make sure you have 5 stats, then use ramdans gift to give extra socket, reroll that socket to another stat and then use another ramdans gift to get the socket where you put gem.
What's the fifth option on your glove?? Something about Rank 65?
It's a patch 2.4 update to the game. This update allows you to combine a legendary gem and 3 flawless royal gems to augment an ancient item. Depending on what level the legendary gem used and what color flawless royals you use will determine what stay you add. EXAMPLE: if I use 3 green gems I get Dexterity.
Now the number 65 was there because he used a level 65 legendary gem. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you need at least a level 30 legendary gem for jewelry, 40 for weapon and 50 for armor? Whatever the actual requirement is, it adds 5 of the stat of your choice(based on fr gems) per level of the legendary gem you decide to use. EXAMPLE: level 50 legendary gem will add 250 stat to your gear. 5 stat per gem level, 5x50=250. So all in all say you wanted dexterity. And you have a level 50 legendary gem. You would use 3 flawless Royal emeralds and the 50 legendary gem and you would receive a bonus 250 dexterity. This augment only works on ancients and can not be added to only replaced by a new augment so try to get at least a level 65 augment and you would be fine. Hope this helps :)

+MetalKeys you cannot add to the augment rather replace it. Say you put a level 50 augment on something. If you were to put a level 65 augment in it later then you wouldn't add the two numbers but just replace it. Same goes with lowering the augment. If you have a level 65 augment and you put on a level 50, you would be replacing your higher stat with a lower one.
Where can you get ancient items in general?
They drop, just a lower chance in general to get them. You can also reroll legendaries in the cube, which has a 10% chance to get an ancient version (though the specific stat rolls and stuff might end up being worse than what you already had). It's probably a good idea to get one legendary you like, and another with a crappier roll to reroll, instead of risking your only version of that item and getting a worse roll.

It does not look like the video is in a 75+ GR.... this build seems too squishy for GRs that high.
+Rob Saunders yes the gameplay is from 65s. i did the 75 before recording the gameplay for this video but all the gear is the same.
Trust me this build even back in 2.3 is 75+ viable. I believe it starts to get really difficult at 81.

pretty inefficient when it comes to 65+, this is for tx farm gg
+Vast Majority cubed visage and shadow power (gloom) should be recommanded for a journey to 75+, especially for reflect-mobs and bosses, but even than some unavoidable onehits still remain more often than once per minute.
I had all the needed items at paragon ~420 and I jumped from about 35 to 62 and I have 2 or 3 ancient and no augmented. This build is awesome.

CHD on helm which isnt available, and you have Skill Bash on gloves. And Rain of Vengence on your quiver
