He Kicked HARD! | Taming A Wild Horse [EP 4]

In this video I focus on desensitizing the Wild Horse to the Tarp! His reaction is definitely more intense than usual with him attempting to buck the tarp off his back! Eventually he allows me to put it on him and he relaxes with the tarp. We're still dealing with very dangerous kicking out throughout the lesson so I have to be very careful about where I stand and watch the horse at all times! progress is still slow but there is some improvement as the days progress!

Could you ever get that horse to a stage you could trust him not to kick? I know you probably don’t want to show on camera but would you “check” the horse when he does kick?
