Try placing the strap buckle on the outer instead of placing the buckle on the inner side,hopefully that will help .
Hello I experienced that! You have to turn the hooks facing away from purse on the D ring then problem solved! The hook on the strap keep being pressed causing the hook to unhook! Let me know if that works for you because it did for me and no more problems since

I just watched your video and I agree with everything you said! I have a Coach Cassie 19 just like yours, in black and I love my bag. I bought it before it was discontinued and I was happy when it resurfaced in the Reloved Coach program because I'm thinking about buying one in the chalk color like you. I had no problems with the strap fasteners, I close them facing outwards and they never open on their own. You are very friendly!!! Kisses from Brazil 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷😘😘🌹

I want to purchase the Coach Cassie 19 in the color faded blue. I have 3 regular Cassie’s which I purchased before they got discontinued. I want a black one, but having 2 19’s and 3 Cassies may be a bit much. 😊
I’ve had the same problem with the hook attachment on a Wallet I was wearing on my wrist, and my wallet somehow became unattached from the clasp and fell on the floor. Thankfully I was paying attention and picked it up off the floor. I did happen one other time and decided to part ways with it.
Oh wow, yeah that's scary! Okay so it's an easy fix, I made a follow up video and had my Coach rep demonstrate how to prevent the straps from unstrapping. You have to attach them the opposite direction. One you do that problem solved 👌🏾. But yes, Check out the Cassie Strap tips video and it's in more detail there. Try putting the hook on backwards. This is an ongoing issue with Coach handbags that use that style hook.

Came to this video hoping you’d shown what fits. Just watched the red version trying to decide on it. Would have loved to actually see the items you described as fitting. I had the same strap issue with my regular size bag.

The strap issue is also with the tabby 26 which is sad .. it works well with a single strap though. But I’m so addicted to coach despite these issues . it’s addictive I end up paying the imported price here in India. On my way to buy Cassie only coz it comes with a chain that I can reuse on my other bags 😂. Plz also do a video how to take care of white bags as I’m getting a chalk shade and it’s scaring me

I have experience the strap detaching from my Coach Cassie. This also happens with my Coach Tabby and Pillow Tabby. Also my Coach tags have come off.
You need to make sure you put the push down clip to the outside, not facing the bag. With that being said coach needs to change their clips.
I got 2 red Cassie, red/hot pink regular size. I got 2 same color because I don't want daughter confiscate mine. It was on sale at Coach boutique for 150 dollars before the pandemic. I was lucky. My strap is full leather, not chain and the handle is flat on top of the bag for hand carrying, not on shoulder. My cassie is exactly the same like the pochette metis LV except it's all leather, sturdy, low maintenance. I have 3 Almas different sizes and colors but to be honest I love my Cassie and use it often and it's safer than carry a LV nowadays. I will get a black cassie in a smaller size, your bag size for daily use. I wanted a white, but coach white leather get color transfer, I experienced before. Beside that I have no cons

@@fancyfrugalfashion I love my daughter, don't mind to share. We both have same size in everything, from clothes to shoes. She moved 400 miles away as a grown up at 18. Now she is 30 doing well and too busy working , she rely on my good taste as always. So every nice thing to buy double 🥳. Yes, be careful with white leather. I ruined one brand new long ago and it's discontinued. I was wearing it the first time with a black leather skirt. The bag totally spotty and ugly. Was the first wear. 😩😟

I know this is so frustrating!! That is why I am so hesitant buying the Cassie for my mom..I can work with this inconvenience but I don't want her to have to worry about this issue.
