Few days I spent over 2 hours meditating on warfare scriptures. I deeply meditate on it and at midnight things started moving out of my body. It was a a deep deliverance it did not involve any pastor just the word. Meditation is very powerful I agree with this message

A major key is to not condemn yourself for distractions. Instead focus more on your intent to focus on Jesus. To magnify something is to make it bigger or more important. Do not magnify being distracted by condemning yourself. Instead focus back on The Spirit and their words. What you magnify and give more attention to is to say what you focus on is more important than what you are not focused on. Are you going to believe or focus more on Jesus or what you believe?
Also take note of where your mind wonders to it may be an answer or a communication from your spirit. And dont forget your spirit is in union with God. It may also be just your flesh or the enemy, hence the need to rightly discern. But all in all never judge yourself in the negative. We learn, we grow, we move. Kabaye!

It requires total discipline and focus!
