I just did a big rewrite of an old code base and couldn't be happier. It took me quite some time to get the functionality back to where it was, but the ability to expand and scale is so much simpler now

I had to start a rewrite of an admin panel because it was unmaintainable, and my superiors insisted in using a paid theme that was in bootstrap (at least v5)
even if i gave them my own theme for free writen in tailwind....... i ended up removing so much bloat from that theme, updated a lot of packages.... but sadly i am stuck with webpack because the theme used so many packages and scrips under to hood that i was just unable to read and rewrite them to even use vite and tailwind. The theme even had js datatables that were just combersome to use
The saving part was tailwind tbh

Tim Horton's was only great until BK bought them. Ever since their coffee has sucked and most of us stopped going, they don't even make donuts fresh anymore. 😢 I thought as an honorary Canadian you should know this lol
