That's one of the main selling points of the Hex Phantom. He even brought it up in the video. Stick drift isn't an issue on the Phantom because you can either buy the model that lets you physically recalibrate the dead zones, or you can buy the model with Hall Effect sticks, so drift never happens in the first place. No need to buy whole new modules.
The only thing thats killing me is the price....$374 CDN after conversion 😢. More than half the system itself. Please convince me I've never had a pro controller lol.
@@melocoton99Which brands have you tried that are mid in terms of build quality? For PC, the Elite Series 2 is considered to be the most premium controller around, but its durability is pretty terrible.
@@BizcuitbizcuitAh well, thanks to Sony being twats, no 3rd party controllers can work with their consoles. If you absolutely want a controller with PS5 layout, the closest option is probably the Victrix Pro BFG, but it does lack adaptive triggers, and you need to replace the joysticks with their hall effect ones. Unfortunately, there's no controller available that has all the features of the Apex 4, whilst still having PS5 compatibility.

Nothing will beat dualsense edge for me personally, unless they have replaceable stick modules. Stick drift is too common of a thing.
