I've opened 2 boxes and gotten 4 Cynthias per box. I did get 2 Prisms on one box too, but the second box I got 4. The GX was 3/box and I had at least 1 full art per box. I think I had 2 full arts in the 2 Prism box. Overall, they do a good job balancing it. Completed almost the entire set up to the secret rares with 2 booster box openings.

Open a bunch of the promo 3pack blisters and see how many Cynthias you get from that!! It would be cool to see if the ratio is different from loose packs than it is from booster boxes
The next set is gonna be ridiculous since it's a lot of alternate type reprints like Dialga, palkia, magnezone, infernape, tottera, empoleon, etc. Also escape board is pretty decent especially if we don't get a float stone reprint. Never know
I’ve seen Big Jiggly Panda get 5 or 6 Cynthia cards in a Ultra Prism box. Edit: are you just talking about regular Cynthia or holos and full arts included? I’m not sure what all he had in his box. I know for sure he had a full art Cynthia.
Does Austin know the reason y we have so many reprints and etc.? Cuz some of the cards like Silvally GX comes from SM4+ in JP, as well as the gold cards. And every set, TPCi adds cards from the previous SM+ set in JP to the new set (like SM2 Guardians Rising got SM1+ in Japan, which included cards like Toxapex, Drampa and Sylveon GX, unless they’re special sets like when we had Burning Shadows in JP, they made SM3+ (Shining Legends) it’s own set.) So basically when we get our Forbidden Light, JP’s SM5+ will be in Forbidden Lift with cards like Naganadel GX, Lucario FA/HR GX and etc.
So deeper conspiracy box was opened upright so the 3 boxes on the left opened Cynthia on the right and the 3 boxes on the right had Cynthia on the left (edit mahone was 2/3 left side Cynthia's however 5/6 conspiracy has a chance) o.O O.o btw i don't play pokemon just mtg i miss Derium's mtg :( please come back!
About this "low-amounts-of-cynthia-per-box-and-always-on-the-same-side-theory", just open a good amount of boxes, and put al the uncommons in the same pile and after you are done with the boxes, then count how many you got of every uncommon, and check if you got much less cynthias than other uncommons, and maybe find out there are other cards in this set that have the "extra-uncommon" rarity.
I have always wanted a dawn wings necrozma card ever since it first came out but my dream never came true I tried a mini hunt but failed you are so lucky to get one so congrats to you derium and a rainbow rare one wow :)

Crimson Invasion is more playable than Ultra Prism? Huh? CRI is basically Buzzwole and nothing else in terms of playability. Ultra Prism introduces a bunch of meta and rouge decks. Also, the reason for the reprints is because this is the start of a new block and the 2019 season will be Ultra Prism on. They'll likely have a bunch of uncommon reprints a year from now (in what will likely be the first Gen 8 set).

I opened 2 booster boxes myself of U.P. and I got a total of 5 Cynthias, 1 which was a reverse holo. I'm sad I didn't get the golden solgaleo card 😔
