En mi opinión el conde krauser es mejor y ligeramente más poderoso que rugal además el kaiser wave es de parte de krauser el sempokken de geese y el poder oscuro de parte de zero original o sea que el desgraciado de rugal nunca tuvo sus propios poderes reales y encima se atrevió a robar parte del poder de orochi para hacerse llamar omega rugal que descarado bien por el conde krauser

Wolfgang Krauser is the original master of the Kaiser Wave and it's more powerful than Rugal's
if Krauser height is 200 cm ( 6'7") and weights 145 kg ((320 lbs))
That makes him taller than Rugal by at 3 cm and the same weight as Krauser
