    Love your Videos. Shopping for mattresses is actually a tough thing and the old way of going to a store where you lay in a bed fully clothed while strangers look at you just ain’t the vibe I’m looking for.

    I’ve been sleeping on the Dreamcloud Premiere for the past two weeks. Some things I observed, 1. The top European layer is a stitched white foam that forms bulges on the surface, it feels like sleeping on the cobblestone street of Europe.. 😂, they really need to do something, it’s very uncomfortable, this is the first thing I notice when i wake up in the morning, I will give it another 2 weeks, maybe I will get used to it, but definitely now I’m very aware of it, which makes it that much harder to forget. I wish the surface was flat. 2. A minor thing, the side of the mattress is covered with the navy blue material which looks great, expensive and luxurious on the web but in fact, when you touch it, it feels cheap and tiny. I’m afraid that in time it will develop runs like on pantyhose. I wish it was a solid material that would last long. 3. After 2 weeks the mattress is not fully decompressed, the far ends are lower than the middle section. I hope I will flatten out otherwise my feet and head are below my hips level. Hope this helps.

    Guys, these pillow top beds are amazing, just be careful and test them out. I sleep on side and stomach and these beds are perfect even without a pillow which is amazing especially for back sleeping. However if you have money try out the purple mattress it’s better than my tempur pedic , sleep number i8, and better than the Casper. I bought a nectar hybrid premium copper mattress and I will compare it to my purple hybrid 3. Purple is just firm but the grid gives u support where you need so it’s actually soft for your shoulder and hips. If you sleep on your belly it won’t sink in either

      How do you feel about the necta?

    • @prayingkoala
      @prayingkoala 9 місяців тому +1

      Purple has discontinued its purple 3 hybrids they call them rejuvenate now and they allegedly have less to no padding on top of the purple grid - my purple2 is 5.5years old and it’s junk, the edges have slipped off the sides, springs are sprung or something because they poke us , and it feels like the grid no longer snaps back. I am really disappointed in the purple bed and the sheets don’t have much of a lifespan for the high price . Plus I can’t even use the warranty because I got it from the Mattress Firm website and the mattress doesn’t have a “do not remove by order of law”tag and Mattress Firm requires those to honor warranty and the actual manufacturer Purple won’t help because I bought it from Mattress Firm.

    • @loitersquadX
      @loitersquadX 9 місяців тому +1

      @@prayingkoala purple is hit or miss. The bed is very comfortable imo, and I've had it for 2 years , and another one for 5 years. I love the grid honestly and I have their pillows which have been perfect. They need to make a better mattress. I hope they can make a pillow top Mattress with the grid implemented. As for your situation I would honestly be careful where you buy the mattress next time. Make sure u get a LONG warranty. The nectar is perfect for me as of now. But I am a combo sleeper and I need something more firm and purple does it for me.

    I’ve had my mattress for 6 months and Ive enjoyed it a lot. I only have a full bed just for myself and its so heavy to move it lol. My only problem is that the center was kinda weakened when I got it. So you can kinda see a divot which was disappointing, but I haven’t felt poor quality of sleep from it, and I still feel the bed supporting me. I am shorter so I dont think I place all my weight where the divot is. I didn’t think the customer service would replace it since it wasn’t too much of an extreme divot, and I also didn’t wanna deal with the hassle of replacing it. I probably will though if it gets more sunken and start to feel pain. I assumed mine has just been wrapped for a long time which cause it. I saw a few complaints in reviews about a divot in the center too, so idk if its just a constant problem, or if its just ordering/ shipping thing, or if its just a common thing with all mattresses. But if you need a lot of center support and don’t wanna risk getting a divot u might wanna check elsewhere. I still feel pretty supported tho and I personally really like the feel of the mattress. It feels firm enough to me and soft. Maybe slightly more firm towards the firm side.
    Overall though I love this mattress its been such an upgrade from my probably over 10 year old, spring, twin bed one lol. I’m glad I got it. I also got the sheets bundle. And the sheets are ok I mostly sleep on top of my comforter tho but they do feel a but slippery and it kinda moves around a bit too much for me, but they’re alright overall I like the mattress protector tho since it fits very well over. The pillows I didn’t really try and just started to use them recently. They’re memory foam and Im not too crazy about them but I’m gonna wait n see if sleeping with them gets better or if I gotta invest in better pillows. I’m a heavy person and a side sleeper, I got the normal version

      The 12" replaces the 14". Not as good for side sleepers from what I've read. Just got back from a local store and checked out both the Classic 14" and the Premiere, Will be buying the Classic tomorrow. There's still plenty of the 14" left at various mattress stores.
