  • My friend Steve (Fly High Big Sky) takes me on a beautiful hike & fly tandem paragliding thermal mission from Baldy mountain in Bozeman, MT. As an avid Paramotor Pilot this was an awesome way to experience and learn more about thermals, weather, topography, and the art of staying in the air (without a motor!). We cored thermals for three hours and enjoyed amazing views of the entire Bridger mountain range. Thank you Steve, Connor, and Khoi for an amazing adventure!

That had to be an incredible experience. Definitely requires environmental knowledge and flying skills. Job well done by pilot and cameraman. I could have watched the full 3 hour flight.

Heck ya!!! Nice job Steve! I'm glad you guys got up there and what a day! 3 hours! Steve is a great mentor for sure! Also, yeah, that hike sucks. I tried to make the summit this summer and turned back 1/4 mile from the top.

I owe you one @walachaviation9171. We can get it done some Saturday! We'll take a lunch up and take our time. Plus I can offer you a lighter pack!

Duuuude so sick! I'm not the most confident dude in front of a camera, so there's that. But ya great edit, almost makes me feel like I was there!

Too awesome! Thank you for sharing! So do you end up where you guys parked? Or did you have to hike back down! I would get so lost! Both of you are so talented and skilled, I am an awe!

Yes. The landing area is a little field next to the trailhead parking lot. So we just packed up right there and walked over to the cars!
