Lee Greenwood sounds better than ever. As an American I've heard this song a thousand times and I still get emotional. Thank you for reacting to this. You've got a new sub.
My mom was born and raised in Liverpool. She lived through the Blitz. Your country stood toe to toe with Nazi Germany. Be proud of that. America and the UK have an interesting relationship. While serving in the US Navy I worked with the Royal Navy and....enjoyed every moment of it.
I have chills... Thank you for not pausing it.. this is a song that has been played at every American football game I've been to since 9/11.. Season ticket holder here and Lee Greenwood God Bless the USA was done before our National Anthem.. Everyone in the stadium would stand, obviously, and sing along. Have to say it's hard to believe this man is from California.. He just sounds so country/southern..
Love this song. And it's very true. If an enemy comes for war on American soil, they don't have to worry just about the military, which is scary enough, but every civilian that will leave their homes and fight as well to keep that flag flying. It's not just the military's responsibility, but every Americans as well when she comes in danger. Great reaction. And aside from chicken....lol because it would never make there unspoiled, what things would you guys like to try from here? I have a friend from the U.K. he came here and stayed for awhile, he fell in love with Reece peanut butter cups...lol
Great reaction! Thanks for doing this one. It's a great patriotic song! As a Desert Storm Veteran, it holds a special place in my heart and it is SO well orchestrated! Home Free is an acapella group you should check out!
We are on kind of shaky ground right now but I am certain God is going to find a way to get the great country back on solid footing and make her great again.
This has been changed to cut Lee Greenwood out in a few places.. He was the first singer in the orignal video. It's a Lee Greenwood song. He released it in 1984. When he decided tp update it he asked both the The US Air Force Band and Home Free to join him. Lee is 77 yrs old here.Oh a nd the castle in Nashville is his own home.
thank you for supporting our culture, liberty, and freedom.... from brother to brother. Americans arent willing to give up any God given inalienable rights. whether it be from Gun confiscation or Freedom of Speech. we cant be beaten because we dont do it for greed, we do it for the things we cant see and proudly stand together in times of tyranny and war. We are the peoples champ, we are whats right with the world.
