Andy wrote this song for his wife for moments when she would do something unexpected and recapture his intrigue for her, causing him to fall in love with her all over again.But then he realized that he could use this song and create a music video to bring attention to homelessness and humanizing people who are struggling, yet, often disregarded. The fact that the folks in the video could be moved by seeing themselves with 'fresh eyes' and capturing that is one of the most beautiful and thoughtful ways anyone could utilize a song written for someone they love. To top it off, the intention for viewers to see these folks with 'fresh eyes' and be moved is such an awesome way to spread more love. The world needs this. I needed it. Thank you Andy. You are a beautiful soul. Your wife must be a phenomenal beautiful woman.

Her mom was fired for taking too much time off to care for her. So I'm going to buy them as much as my check allows and pray that I can bless them as I have been blessed.

While walking to Starbucks I saw an older extremely thin homeless lady grabbing a piece of bread from a trash can... How could I ignore her and spend $6 on a cup of coffee? I'm not rich but I don't need Starbucks... I used that money to buy her a warm meal. We can all help a lot by sacrificing so little.

If all of the people that disliked this video only donated $5 to Andy Grammer's cause, the Union Rescue Mission would be $1480 better off. Think about that the next time you are buying a take away meal or coffee. You maybe homeless one day, sitting on a street corner and begging for a dollar. That take away meal and or coffee that you had when this song was playing on your computer at home, will seem like a world away. I thank Andy Grammer for bringing the plight of the homeless to the world through his music. It is not only the USA that has a homeless people problem. It is world wide. To quote lyrics from an Australian band Midnight Oil, " the rich get richer/ the poor get the picture/the bombs never hit ya when your down so low". These words are so relevant today as they were years ago. Nothing has changed. The song is called Read About It. Well done Andy Grammer and keep up the good work mate. At least Australia loves you.

I may be an atheist to religion, but i still have a heart.

I saw Andy and Train in Orange Beach, Al. a few months ago, the show was AMAZING! He took a picture with my friend (which I have saved on my phone) who worked at the nearby movie theatre the night before the concert and she said he was the sweetest man. This video just confirms that he has an amazing heart and has a life long fan in me. 😊❤ Volunteer at your local shelters, donate clothing, food, supplies....we have enough hate in the world, let's show some love.
