    The emphasis on starting with the market and focusing on an urgent and important problem before building the product is a game-changer. Can you provide an example of how using these three steps led to a successful SaaS product launch and its impact on company growth?

      The advice on how to validate a new SaaS product is clear, concise, and actionable. I especially liked the MGP framework, which provides a simple but effective way to de-risk your product launch. Love the content

    Hi TK, thanks for that great approach! How long does it usually take to get 100 interviews done? I think to line up 100 VPs that are willing to sit for an interview is quite a challenge. Is it around a quarter to half a year? Do you know what's the "typical" conversion rate from reaching out to any VP that one would think has an important & urgent problem, to actually find a VP that would be willing to sit down?

      Honestly the numbers are all over the place. It really depends on how good your value proposition is, how good your approach is, how strong your network is, and ultimately how valuable your idea is. All these variables can make the difference in how quickly you hit product market fit (and whether you ever get there). I dig into this more in my webinar: tkkader.com/webinar.

    How do you market, without the stress and worry of idea or product theft?

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  9 місяців тому

      No one is going to steal your idea. If you are successful, there will be competitors. So don’t let that scenario stop you from winning.

      @@TKKader I watched your webinar, but my market seems to crowded after research.. If I cater to a more specific audience in this market, could this be a solution..

    Got one interview of a guy a approached on Linkedin after having contacted about 200-300 peopke. He gave me a fanstatic idea for solving an Excel problem. Now I wanted to further evaluate it.... BUT even though I have an idea like even finding 10 people to talk to is already close to unsovlable for me. 100 people? How do you do this? I am just watching this video and it sounds to me like sarcasm.

  • @1975nikola

    While you get to speak to 100 people, the problem you have validated will probably become not so urgent anymore.
