Contact lenses ke long term usage se kuch side-effects ho skte hain jaise eyes me itching, dryness aur kuch cases me infection bhi ho skta hai,
Isiliye Contact lenses ko din me 6-8 hours se jyada na use kare.
Week me at least 1-2 days aise ho jisme sirf aap glasses ka use kare, pure din contacts na pahne.
