Off the top of my head, I would say yes, the reason I think so is because nowadays computers is considered as an indispensable part of our life, especially for preparing my presentation to the students, let our communications become fast and easily accessible and so on. The examples you showed in the beginning exists a little bit and only in part 1 but not part 3. It is because IELTS is designed to refrain from yes no questions and the examiner will ask you in a friendly way to help you elaborate in appropriate directions, so that they can really test how much the candidate can speak. Always remember, the candidates are not needed to know how IELTS tests you, if they just want to get a high score; it is always the responsibility of IELTS itself and it usually does it quite well.
