      Really not possible to make a general statement about that. Cracking is not necessary from thick applicatition but when your concistency is to thick, you have to much silicone, to warm or humid environment etc. Many different aspects

      Omg I love this! I'm about to try it soon too! But do you normally move the colored part around to the black edges or do you leave a white space inbetween?

    It turned out beautifully! Next time if you want less black, you can tilt the canvas to spread the paint before you pour the black in the centre area. That way the black won’t stretch out as much.
    That being said, I really love how yours turned out and I think it has just the right amount of black!

    I love this idea. As a suggestion I think you can try spreading a different shade of blue or another color with the fork instead of black. Then you can add the black pupil in the middle.

    I just came across this a few weeks ago. Having fun with the pours, but, I like to use after the pour as my canvas. I don't see many people doing that. I'm self taught artist. Watching you create the eye out of a pour was great.

      Medium, water and most crucial the right concistency. It's very important to start with the right knowledge. On the basic playlist you'll find all the background information and how things work

    • @PouringArtExperience

      No you can't make them. The indicator should be on the bottle or brand website. If its craftpaint you often cant really figure it out

    Hi for the last project what did you add to your paint ,silcone,flortrol,,water?

    • @PouringArtExperience
      @PouringArtExperience  6 років тому

      I can't even remember. It doesn't matter if floetrol or glue as long as you have something to stabilize your pigment connection. Silicone don't think so. Water always. Check out the basic playlist for more background information

    What is the dry time for something like that?

    • @PouringArtExperience
      @PouringArtExperience  4 роки тому

      A painting should always cure 30 days. It might feel dry to the touch after 3-4 days but the layers are still moist

      Its not as easy as it looks. Acrylic pouring is fine with acrylic paint, medium and various additives brought to the right concistency. Have a look at the basic and beginner's videos to get started
