No, I think cycling isn't causing that. Cycling is a kind of leg's workout, so that will increase the testrotrone levels which will to reduce hairfall I think.

Hi Ajay I go for a ride on an empty stomach for an hour ride every day from last 2 months,I do complete drinking a bottle of water (keep hydrating myself as said) and my seat height,posture is also right.Recently m facing knee pain,any suggestions why?is it because I ride at 3x6,3x7 speeds where m putting up more strain on knee or due to body weakness?m trying to loose weight that's y m riding on an empty stomach.

Don't go on empty stomach..you can face cramps... it'll kill your ride.. Carry Healthy snacks or protein bars... it'll boost it energy n fat burning...keep riding bro..

Before cycling You can take banana with small amount of cow ghee with same quantity of jaggery mix well and eat slowly, you won't feel bloating after that. Thanks me later 😁
