Jean Luc's Warning: 'Too Many Students Falling Behind' - | UNICEF Eastern Caribbean

Thousands of children in the Eastern Caribbean have successfully completed their first full face-to-face academic term in almost three years.
However, St Lucian student leader, Jean-Luc Constantine, warns that longstanding inequalities, have caused many to fall dangerously far behind.
That's why he's calling on ministries of education and key stakeholders to more vigorously tackle poverty, mental health, and the digital divide.
He was addressing an Activate Talk hosted by the UNICEF Office for the Eastern Caribbean at United Nations House in Barbados.
