I have a genuine question how do you turn off automatically equipping the smokes you drop all stims and it doesn't equip the smokes for you but when I did it I just end up automatically equipping smokes
in my experience they only auto equip when you use them, not when you manually drop them

How do you always make the stims use perfectly? Mine never work and I'm forced to use too many. It could be the first I pop and it does nothing.
Sorry if I'm asking too many questions.
I use the health bar as a visual cue - when the red chunk of damage appears in my health bar I press the stim button
Ok I always just did it when I was gonna get knocked in a second. I'm working on getting 5 wins in a row with this method. My highest streak is 2.
