ELEMENTAL SYMPHONY - SEOUL

Elemental Symphony" is a videomapping created for the 2024 Winter Festa in Seoul, projected onto the historic Gwanghwamun Wall. This piece explores the fundamental forces that sustain the universe, depicting the eternal balance between light and darkness, fire and water, movement and stillness.
Inspired by the four trigrams of the South Korean flag (Taegeukgi)-which symbolize heaven (☰), earth (☷), water (☵), and fire (☲)-the projection reflects the harmony of opposing energies and the philosophy of balance in nature. Through a dynamic interplay of visuals, "Elemental Symphony" illustrates the endless cycle of creation and transformation, inviting viewers to reflect on the delicate equilibrium that shapes both the cosmos and human existence.
