- This man decided to avoid the professionals and take it upon himself to remove a wasp nest from a tree. But it is safe to say he definitely doesn't have it in the bag. He was filmed climbing a ladder in his backyard to tackle the nest armed with nothing but a green plastic shopping bag. The man chatted away calmly as he prepared to smother the wasps inside the nest, but predictably things didn't go to plan.

Wasps are smart. I was standing at a distance of a wasp hideout, waiting for the door to open. Wasps didn’t like me standing there for a long time so one of them nose dived on my head, this is a gentle warning to get away before they decide to sting.
There is a hornets’ nest hanging off a tree branch in the backyard. I’m waiting for the minus temperature in Canada. By then all hornets are dead and the Queen has gone underground until next spring. So, I hope it will be safe to remove the nest in a large construction waste bag. The nest is 10” in diameter and 14” high.
Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.

The fact he was able to get this close to it without getting attacked means he probably didn't even need to remove it.
Now the stupid part of this was not necessarily that he wanted to use a bag to remove it, it's the fact that he's not wearing any form of protection whatsoever.
He could be wearing any hat on his head, he could be wearing a mask to protect his face, he could be wearing long sleeves to protect his arms, he could wear gloves, boots, extra layers of shirts or a jacket, a hoodie, safety goggles, gas mask, i mean, anything is better than the absolute lack of protection this guy had.
Why can't people use their heads and think before doing something like this.
