How are you getting the peaked caps to hold their shape? I have your Johann Das Boot figure and I have NOT been able to shape his hat like shown on the box.. It seems to get the peak caps to hold a “saddle” shape they need a bendable wire frame inside them. When I try to form the saddle shape with my fingers, the cap wants to go back to the original shape, which is NOT what they look like on the box photos.

There is a wire in the visor cap to shape the cap. You can shape the cap like saddle.
