Recently Lt general Anil Puri also discussed this issue in a conference on Agnipath, where retired army officers are moving out of country, but Army didn't check on them what they are doing after retirement or pre-retirement. It is a serious issue and might also grow to become big threat for India.

@@drivingonindianroads6715 They in general go to foreign military weapons supplier companies (from which India purchases military goods). Here they work as if it's insider trading in Stock exchange. These companies form oligopoly market, if India tries then it could easily track their activities there. But this matter has never been officially addressed. And since government doesn't largely interfere in defense matters, such matters which are considered small are ignored.
