It was always a question in my mind. Do I keep them short? Or more than 15 minutes? I think you just answered that. Thanks.

I got a nightmare like yours. 😂 i got the 500 sportsman 6x6 bought it had bad bearings middle axle. Wound up having to cut the axle and housing in half to get the axle out. Everything was seized up . I heated lubed penetrating oiled it beat it some more for two days straight . Got a big puller rigged it up to get it where it would pull nothing. So my option was destroy the axle so i did . Bought a new axle and carrier locking nuts and all . Got it all back together rode it less than 5 months axle carrier bearing failed again but this time it was ugly. It snapped the chain and busted my gearcase rh. I just finished getting that tig welded up rebuikt the tranny got all that put back in discovered the axle carrier is shot again. 😩 i have a love hate with this machine

Hi I have been watching your channel for a while. I bought Polaris big boss 6x6 ‘95. I’m working on restoring that one and I’m replacing the 400 with 99 500 engine. Then I bought 2004 Sportsman 6x6 to use while I was working on the restoration. I have huge problems with the 04. The speedo was dead when I got it and new one was included in the purchase. Then I replaced it only to find that I don’t get any gear indicator lights at all in the speedo. I also don’t get the speedo to work telling me the mileage. I have worked on it for a while and I can’t get any information how to repair the loss of gear signal. Do you have any advice??
