Tony Stark's Malibu pad getting destroyed was THE TRAGIC thing that happened in this movie!!!! A lot of memories, great ones mostly!!!!
Also the action here was top-notch, loved every moment of it.
But other than that, this obviously wasn't the end of his story!!!!

Tony builds his armor to suit the problems that come aling. Hence the nanomachine armor for Infinity War, THEN the nanotech armor in Endgame. He realized that his armor from Infinity War depleted his nanomachines, so he developed better armor that used energy as far as building shields and energy projection.
