Thanks for this relaxing walk my friend, and the sounds are amazing as always. I love to listen your footsteps on the snow and crashing the ice 👍

Coquitlam near Cypress lake. Thanks 🙏
@@silencenhikes6692 super cool! I just started following you here on UA-cam and you've really inspired me to get out and explore more often. Be safe out there man!
@@documentb.c1525 I am glad it inspires someone. Since we can’t afford much travelling or plainly cannot anyway these days. Local things like hiking is great, always feels like you are exploring a new area or visiting a place we never been to. Thanks I will.
Good stuff man, glad you're still at it. What are you using for camera gear/mics nowadays?
Thank you Mike. Still the same old gopro hero 7 with my own settings and color grading.
@@silencenhikes6692 Just using the hypersmooth option with the gopro, or do you use a gimbal? I have a Hohem isteady pro3 arriving today, it'll be fun to play with. Its also interesting to see the differences between my gopro 5 and 8.
@@mountainmanmike2274 hey yes i bought that same gimbal used because it was cheap and splash proof for rainy days. Did not want a heavy one for hiking. Also it does wonders for the dark shots. You can lower the iso and not see the shakiness of the internal stabilization.
Also what I like about it, it has a way screw in where i can attach it to my back pack or bike. Hands free
@@silencenhikes6692 I'll probably put the hero5 in the gimbal, keep the 8 on a stationary tripod. The 8 has crazy good stabilization and I don't even think a gimbal is necessary anymore. The only problem I could foresee is the cropping. More testing is needed, but having multiple cameras will be great.
Are you Ok, it's been two months , still waiting for your new up loads
Just really busy, had no time. I have a video soon I started to edit. I really want to get out there for sure. Thanks 🙏
