Everytime I've seen Liz walk onto a stage and stand at a podium, she looks like she's as surprised to be there as the rest of us are that she lasted a whole 6 weeks.

TBF she probably only lasted that long because the Queen died and parliamentary business was suspended for much of the official mourning period.
It’s weird how already I’m misremembering how long she was PM. In my mind, week one she killed the Queen, week two she killed the economy, and then she was gone!
I could watch an entire show of Russell asking the "Philosophical Kid" questions about life. He must wear his parents out asking, "But, why?"

the kid is on the spectrum. He is very bright but probably has no social skills, thinks everyone else is a dummy and puts people off because of his know-all approach. Funny, even interesting to start with but ultimately exhausting and possibly even condescendingly rude. Also talks so fast it is hard to understand him. No one really likes a smart arse.

playground politics deserves it's own 1 hour episode every week , these kids are amazing.

I watched a video of someone saying TOH shouldn't be shown to kids and my favorite quote from it was "You can't fight demons without Jesus"
the clip from peppa pig where that little polar bear had 2 mothers was adorable. Nothing abusive about it. If anything it will teach kids to be tolerant and respectful of other people.

Agreed, I'm a New Zealander currently living in Australia and my favourite comedians are all from the UK. They're second to none.
People who think it’s abuse to have another point of view exposed to them are seriously messed up. It’s not abuse. Abuse is trying to censor everything around your child so that they grow up to be a mini you with all your opinions because if they didnt, you’d struggle to love them. That’s more abusive than your child growing up with lots of opinions around them, then using critical thinking to determine what they think about issues instead of just parroting you

These kids are so funny and it’s good to hear there thoughts too as they need to grow up in this world and they already know how let down they are by politicians .i can’t remember knowing all this when I was little .and some of there phrases are comical lol
This is what gets me , whenever I get angry because someone has mistreated me I’m overreacting or being over the top , if a man shouts at me for making a mistake or doing something wrong it’s because ‘it’s the only way I can get you to understand how I feel’ or ‘it’s the only way I can get you to listen’ meanwhile I’m open to being told I’ve messed up , but not open to being scolded like a child .

Here in South Africa, its scary how mormal loadshedding (our version of sceduled blackouts) have become... the reasons for it are that we are told are not quite logical, but somehow, we usually figure something out... forced disconnect... sort of the same unevenly landing productivity as encouraged by lockdown

The kids are adorable, hilarious and yet most of what they say is making me question existence. What is going on in their head i wonder. They're all so unique as well with their own unique answers that make you go ? Wtf what did i just hear ?
In South Africa, since about four (4) or five (5) years ago, we have daily blackouts "load shedding". Usually for two (2) hours at a time three (3) to five (5) times a day, but at times like recently it has been four (4) hours at a time. When load shedding is four (4) hours at a time, the water pumps don't get enough time to fill the reservoirs with water, so then our homes also run out of running water. Not clean running water though, the water our homes have been supplied with for the last couple of years is, according to a swimming pool clarification product's "self-test sticks", not safe to swim in, but according to our government, it is what we must drink.
Unfortunately, the majority of people in South Africa are too stupid to realize that the current government is incapable of leading the country and too naive enough to believe they will do better next time. So the majority voted for them again and probably will again.
Within 30 years, the current government has managed to tear down each and every pillar of the country, from education, and health to infrastructure and finance... but you won't hear any country complain or concern themselves about it. They only cared about the lives of South Africans when we had a government they didn't like, now that more people are dying and more people struggle to survive, now they are happy.
... Was that the plan all along??
