I Have an MCM68840/01 and I need to change the rotor. It broke because something got stuck inside the blender while at full speed. The plastic on the motor part just cracked and broke off. This thing is a total scam. Dough rises up in the middle of the bowl and then spills down on the gear shaft while using the kneading hook. This is a crucial design failure that results in an hour of cleaning the whole unit.

You hav'nt locked it in. Lock it until it clicks I place. Look for the lug that goes into the handle slot.
Also do not push too hard on the fruit or it disengage, and you will need to reset to the click

Lucia Garcia the mini chopper can 't chop nuts. At least that's what the manual says.
