The City of Cleveland has had 50 years to work on traffic plan to get fans out of Downtown after games. After sitting in gridlock yesterday for an hour following the Browns/Chiefs game I say time to move out to Broikpark!
@@Titus.The_Crucifier The problem is.. i live literally off of Hummel Rd on the other side of 71. These pictures dont show, as kevin stated, all the railways that are there. Also, where is brookpark road in this photo, where is snow rd in this photo. How bout the current Ford plant that is open in the northwest corner, and Amazon and Victory Package buildings THEY JUST BUILT in between the site and the airport. And to top this all.. and i quote the reporter.. "this will be all controlled by the Haslems"!!! Remember all the "promises" we were going to get when Dan Gilbert build the casino downtown, that the Higbee building would be just phase one, and eventually it would be expanded to and moved to the flats, all these hotels and shopping. I believe the browns do need a stadium, dome or no dome, but i dont believe we are going to get what the Haslems are promising, they havent done it on the football field, why do it here??
@Titus.The_Crucifier no they can't. There's a two freeways on both sides of it. Theres route 237 an I71 in the other. There is no way to route it around those. They don't enough money to compensate to move residential houses there either.
@mountainmangaming808 The poblem isn't the lot size its it placement relative to the traffic flow & patterns arounds it that, were not shown, or have any idea of how it could be rerouted.
@@Titus.The_Crucifier your absolutely right with everything around there. Living in the city of Brook Park, going to Berea Schools and working in Middleburg heights, I watched Amazon 15 years ago wanting to turn that site into what is now Randall park mall site because the politicians thought Amazon wouldn’t last!!! With the rails, the freeway and the airport being RIGHT THERE, the politicians wanted to save “the ford plant”!! But it would actually make more sense to move the guardians to Brook park, build a small complex and would be more family friendly, more female friendly, more “gathering with friends” friendly that would be used in the warmer months 81 times rather than non family friendly, less females and who wants to be outside in November December and January for 10 games??? It is back ass wards!!
If they are successful in the move then Cleveland can use the old stadium for the women's soccer franchise they are trying to get and not have to spend money on a new one for the team

So 480 is going to be gridlocked- more highways go out of downtown. It's going to be worse
Hey Jimmy...want to improve the "fan experience"? START WITH THE ON-FIELD PRODUCT"!!!!!!!!!! Go pound sand on a new stadium not on the lake!
They can't move the train tracks near there. Their concept is a bust.

@mountainmangaming808 it didn’t say there wasn’t enough room, I am saying it’s an unrealistic picture

Congratulations on 🎊🎉
🎉congratulations on
I'm thinking the Browns will have a new, domed stadium, in Cleveland, by the end of this decade.
No thanks. Nobody wants this stadium.
Such a bad idea,
Let Haslam pay for it with his billions.
🎉 good happy in browns

Its a ghetto suburb of cleveland
This is terrible , please don’t move to brook park .
Horrible. Takes away from the restaurants and bars downtown, plus the stadium on the lake is beautiful.
