As a young aspiring auto aficionado, "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" was always in my rotation and continues to be today. So this is sad. Such an angelic figure. RIP, Sally Ann Howes!
I must've been dreaming but nope, it's official, she actually died. It has been my dream to meet her someday but that dream didn't come true. I LOVE her in "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" so much that I smiled every time Sally, a.k.a, Truly Scrumptious, was on screen. I watched interviews of her and I still do and every time I do, I start to cry one tear or two in my eyes. She was beautiful and living up untill 91 is not good but it was the last age to live at and the last year. I found out in December of 2021 and I literally cried. She will always be my favorite actress ever until my dying day.
