The shirts on the mannequins - maybe consider taking the sticker price tags off of them. I used to be a manager at a retail store and we would always hide the tags on the items we put in the window display. It's like you want people to just fall in love with the item when they first see it and not having a tacky price sticker/tag helps with that.
I will definitely do that next time, thanks for the tip! I usually just pull a shirt from the rack so I've never thought about that!
I signed up for a market on the south side of Brisbane and we just moved into fall but it is still very hot here in Australia. The hollow mannequins look great for displaying your clothing, it will give those people who only glance a chance to see what you create and tempt them
I hope it goes super well!!! It's gearing up to be really hot here, this week was all in the 90s so it's just getting started lol. I'm really liking the mannequins too!

What a great Layout of your booth. Really loved it. Maybe you should have an extra table or so for your new keychains in the front. Cheap items in the front may bring the customer into your booth. I would love to see more Florida items - maybe a keychain with Florida pattern or wording. I always love region products. ❤ Can’t wait for your next vlog ❤❤
Yes I am definitely more of a vampire girl too!! Thank you so much, I have a new display item coming next week that I think is going to be the perfect keychain display!! I'll see what Florida patterns my local shop has that's a great idea! I do like Florida stuff too I'm planning on doing a small embroidered Florida shirt but I haven't gotten around to it yet lol!
It was hard choosing between Edward and Jacob! Edward was so intense, attentive, and protective, but Jacob was so warm, protective, free spirited AND VERY FINE !!
I feel like as a pre-teen I saw the protective nature of Edward as like romantic but as an adult it's like really creepy lol. And yes Taylor Lautner is 👀👀👀

I feel the pain of your drive to St.Pete, so much traffic that way. I am an hour from Disney, love it going for a couple of hours. I do not love the traffic though lol
I know especially coming from the south!! Hopefully the traffic pattern is a little better when they finish the construction! I feel like every time we go the road is a little bit different. We definitely love being this close but it's crazy how one day it can be 30 minutes away and then the next day an hour! We like going to Universal too but we're stalling until July when we re-up our passes because our boys can't get in for free anymore and I want to have all our renewal dates the same lol

Okay team Edward here and still team Edward after all these years LOL... I totally get the drive being a really big deterrent.. I just got home in Jacksonville from driving to Winter Garden today to have my hair done.. yes I drive over 2 hours to my hair salon.. LOL. and we were thinking hey we will be home by dark.. then we turn onto the highway and literally it is shut down. multi car accident so we sat for an hour and half!!! before we even started the 2 and half hour drive..
I cant imagine that happening after doing a market. It is the one thing I hate about driving a longer distance to do markets, you never know what could happen on the highway and then your 2 hour drive is 4 hours. Sorry you didnt hit your goal. It looked pretty busy at the start of your day but it reminds me of the 904 popup. lots of people hanging out but not actually buying things.. I think that happens alot at markets in Florida for some reason. It's a social thing to be out and about but not really shopping.
Your booth looked great! I did a market last weekend on Sunday and it was actually COLD! we froze all day and we had sand and dirt blowing everywhere which was horrible. I think weather can make or break a market. I did okay not great but better than alot of the folks around me. I have been evolving with my booth set up each time and I think I finally have a set up I like, it didn't take me as long to set up this time. Some suggestions for your keychains. You could put them in a package that you hang on the hook and get the clear sticky hanging tags you can order from amazon and put that on the top of the package so that they hook around the metal hook and you dont have to slide them off to see the ones behind.. just a thought...
and lastly who wouldn't want to watch your whole video??? Who doesn't want to see Disney??? LOL. And funny thing is we have been going a ton over the last few years and just went on the train over to the conservation station area in Animal Kingdom recently and I have seen you guys go a few times, I thought how did we not do this for years??? LOL. Your kids look like they love it there.. Im still waiting to see if I got into Milk Mart for May... really hoping I get an email... I booked a week to be in Orlando just to be at it..Ugg!! that would be my luck to not get in..
Lol I can definitely understand making the drive to go to a hair person you love!! I need to go get a haircut, I really like the person I found here but it's hard to make time for that when my hair is pretty much fine lol. Yeah driving to St.Pete in the morning is a 2 hours and the drive home is always 3+ and there was a huge traffic situation with the strawberry festival in plant city so that was a mess. It was way hotter Saturday than I think any of us were expecting, I have my big fan though so I'm good! I have a new display thing coming that I think is going to solve the keychain situation but I like your idea too! Yes we love taking the train! It's definitely in a random spot and if you don't know where it goes/you don't see it it can be missed easily! The affection section where you pet the animals in my memory used to be way chiller now they have the ropes where you can't get so close. They love it, they got in trouble for hugging the goats last time lol. I wish you luck on that hopefully they get back to you soon!!

Sorry it wasn't a successful one, but I will admit when others are also saying it is slow does make it sting a little less. Maybe do keychains that match your adorable crewnecks! I adore the Manatee one and then do a deal when someone wants both?
Yes it's a bummer and I always want everyone around me to do good but it doesn't make me feel better when it isn't just me lol. I was thinking of making some coordinating stickers or magnets, possibly patches. I'll have to think of the best type of coordinating keychain to match them, maybe like a snap tab one! You've got my brain working lol
If this one was last weekend it was bike week and the start of spring break so that definitely could have been the reason. I’d hold off on the markets until mid April cause of spring break.
Someone said there was a grand prix situation down there so maybe that was a reason too! Unfortunately I've got a few on the schedule until then but I'm hoping they go well!

Hi. How do you know how much inventory to bring to the show?
It's kind of a tricky thing, for apparel I try to bring at least 2 of each sizes of everything, for tumblers the same but if I have space in the bin I'll bring a few extras of my best sellers, for hats I pack as many as I can. I try to just pack so that the whole car and bins are full lol!
