This was a very welcome change from the first Invasions season. Charm and talismans seem more incentivized towards personal builds. Survive mode has great variation. Especially the one on trying to hit as many targets in a certain timespan. Even mini bosses have great variations to them. I hope NetherRealm can tweak just a little bit more to make it ever so slightly towards perfection. Overall, a very good direction towards Invasions
They really need to increase all of the storages for invasions. There is not enough space currently. More stuff needs to be fixed. I dislike how they erased the talismans and everything else I had in storage.
Already finished it, the skin was okay but it was such a grind. It felt like paying a mobile game. Recolors are decent, I just wish you guys didn’t make it harder to gain experience leveling up characters is such a boring task.
Not saying this to be mean or anything, but I think moving forward they need to stick to talented VAs instead of bringing celebrities to voice said characters. A lot of people are not happy with this to be frank.

The last mesa should be beefed up with extra game modes and surprise characters from older mk games that we haven’t seen in years - secret fights should only be fights against old school characters we haven’t seen in centuries as well. The last mesa should be super hype.

Literally just let Cristina Vee fully voice Nitara. She already does the battle/fight voice bits for her as it is anyway, so the whole Megan Fox thing is even more confusing, lol.
Much improvement over season 1. Fights feel better as they're not over reliant on gimmicks and it's not just the same gimmick ad nauseam. Not overdoing talisman and item drops forcing discards. (Still should just remove limited capacity, though). Now if there could just be more variety with prizes, i.e. more gear and skins over pallettes, or at least pallettes that aren't so similar, this mode would feel better to play.
I hope in season 3 we get a straight up Frost skin for Sub-Zero. In the final chapter of the story you fight a "Sub-Zero" who is clearly just Frost, in her timeline she obviously somehow assumes the Sub-Zero mantle. Would be cool for characters to have 'premium' skins that basically change who they are, like we had back in Injustice 2. Huge opportunity for it in this game.

I’m having trouble with unlocking other maps In invasions are there any tips to unlocking them I only have 3 maps that’s the training area the towers and the start village after you leave Johnny’s mansion. If there are any tips that would be really helpful thanks.
Invasions mode is super fun. It's basically a second story mode in addition to the full-cinematic story mode. Adding the fact that all Endings in this mode and Arcade ladders are all canon, MK1 is the most story-oriented MK game ever, and I love it!

I want a refund so bad, but they don't give them out if you've had the game for more than 24 hours. Which isn't long enough to learn the game, much less know if you like it or not.
Invasion mode still looks like a mobile game and if they haven't really upped their modifier game, will still be a boring and tedious slog. The skins are perhaps a bit better, but are mostly just palette swaps. This game really is such a barebones offering, when the previous 3 games starting with MK (2009) redefined single player content in fighting games. Alas, this one is my disappointment of the year.
I just want to throw this out there, as I was rewatching the 2021 MK film.... it is time to introduce Cole into the game since he is considered the main character of the films. It dawned on me that he takes ques from The Black Panther, in terms of taking kinetic energy and turning it into more powerful moves. He now makes ALOT more sense in the universe and could make for an interesting defensive character Maybe Kombat Pack 2 or 3
This is so much better than season 1's, the BS hyper armour on all enemies is finally gone and each fight feels much more unique and interesting. I only wish it was just a little more difficult, I long for the difficulty of the tail-end of MK9's challenge tower. The current difficulty is a good balance for people who don't want to pull their hair out but I'd like a hardcore mode or something (@devs).
Are Season 1's rewards and events no longer accessible? Is it impossible to access the Scorpion campaign at this point? I'm mainly asking since I don't have this game (waiting for a Komplete Edition later down the road like MK9-11 and both Injustices had).
Once a season is done its done until it comes back. If you didnt get the game in time to play the Scorpion Campaign then you will have to unfortunately wait until it rolls back again and that can seriously take 2 years. Each season is a month and there are 23 base characters with each character likely being a boss during each Invasion Season. That is a major downside to anybody who didnt pick up the game the first month of release.
Plz add Vergil and Dante from devil may cry they are literally perfect for this game it would be sooo cool especially the in air combos and devil trigger combos omg the fun I would have

Agreed, character mastery is a much worse grind than invasion mode.
What they need to do is come out with another storyline and make that a DLC add-on

"Explore" is used loosely here. Exploring in invasions is nowhere near as fun as Shang Tsung's island in MK11, or the open world in Deception.

Wait a moment. What happens when the season ends? Are they obtainable after it in any way?
As boring as finishing the season is, it's beneficial for when you need to level up Characters and need seasonal koins for gear.
The season comes back around eventually when they decide to give up on making new seasons.

Does anybody know how to get the Pyramid Artwork and Music or is it still awaiting to come out in a future patch like they did with Wu Shi Academy night stage?

How about you support this game properly? I paid 70 dollars for it and it’s so bare bones. Street fighter 6 is WAY BETTER content wise. You sold us a half finished game
