@@the_random_ist If the *every single beat of every measure* was divided by 3, of course I would notate it in 12/8 (which is the case of my piano arrangement of Silentroom - Protoflicker). However, in this case, there are not only triplets but also 8th and 16th notes, and even dotted rhythms. Notating them all in 12/8 time signature would have lowered the readability.
Sorry for the huge mistake on notating metric modulation.(I wrote it in reverse)😔 At 1:26 it has to be notated as 'triplet 𝅗𝅥 = ♩'.
