@@sayitnow7748 coz this 787 is configured to function as budget airline. Maybe the seat is not as comfortable as the full service one. But I still prefer A350.
It’s a disgrace for Malaysia that AirAsia continues to operate the scam where if anything goes wrong they “approve” a refund but hardly ever pay out to anyone. In many other regulatory environments the authorities would have done something about an airline with such longstanding practices of ripping off unsuspecting customers.

what is the difference between this flight number and ak? cause mine is change from ak to this D7 665 too
Ohh, I think they cancelled the AK flight and shifted it to the D7 flight
