The Centre Guided Meditation - A Deep Meditation Based on the Sri Yantra & Gateway to the Heavens

SACRED GEOMETRY
Sacred geometry of the Gateway to the Heavens and Sri Yantra are used to take you through the circuits of the Holon, much like a spider's web, into deep meditation to reach the Centre. Here you are surrounded by your Star Tetrahedron (also known as a MerKaBah), holding your physical and ethereal aspects together. In this sacred place where the All-One-Eye-Source resides your experience will be unique.
You might not be aware of going through the circuits, or of reaching the Centre, only of returning. This is not unusual - you will have been there and might notice some changes in your life, maybe your perceptions or awareness.
As with any meditation, afterwards make sure you are fully grounded. Drinking water, touching the floor with your hands and feet at the same time, tugging your earlobes, walking in nature, are examples of methods that help to ground you.
This guided visualisation incorporates the meaning and purpose of specific sacred geometry and colour symbolism. In particular the Gateway to the Heavens and Sri Yantra models of the Universe. These models are excellent examples of alchemical art.

'Go deeper into another door or envision the circle repetitively" was too much for me but I did manage to start seeing a geometric colorful unfolding within my minds eye. This is rare for me so thank you.

What is inside the spheres?
Hi, what spheres do you want to know about? You go through circuits to reach the centre. Hope you enjoyed the meditation. 👍
@@KarenLFrench Where you say to enter a sphere and ''walk about''......I did not know what was supposed to be in it to look at or interact with. I fell asleep. Nice music.
@@belavarplaniie8933 ah yes! Inside the cube us a sphere that your door takes you into. So the place you step into has curved walls. A pathway you step onto runs around the inside of the edge of it. Ax you walk along it the sphere gets smaller and smaller, eventually taking you to the middle. You go through colours as you walk along.
Many people fall asleep then suddenly wake up as the meditation ends. Your subconscious will have been doing it. 🙏👍
