New owner should be observed during the meeting with the adapted dog to see how knowledgeable they are in caring for dogs and how the dog adapted the new home environment to ensure the dog is comfortable first before letting the dog to go to the new home.

Adaption is the dog chose the new owner, not the new owner choose him, if the dog like the new owner, is more likely and more willing to stay. New owner need to spend time with the dog first to see if he likes them. No just being pick up and go to new home right away, there should be a processing time for the dog to adapt to the new owner first and house living environment before he go home with them. The way you guys did it as a foster parent is wrong , dog cannot adjust it they feeling right away, they will try to escape or disobey the new owner, if they feel insecure and distrust new owner. it takes time, cannot completed over one day, Should reconsider adjusting the adaption processes for the sake of the dog.

喺香港！再想幫都養唔到！……唔單只品種問題！公屋、居屋、私人大廈都唔養得！唐狗好乖好聰明，但必需要放電，要有更多時間去照顧……香港依家暫時睇唔到有希望！講真話，我隻狗都係領養！呢幾年……辛苦你哋喇
