The diversity of our soil types allows us to grow twelve different varietals on our Estate but the prevailing soil profiles are most adaptable to Cabernet Sauvignon. With varying sites, each giving a different expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, our winemaking team has the opportunity to choose the best from the farm and blend a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon to best express Waterford Estate.
