Potato cakes otherwise known as potato scones in scotland which is used as a breakfast item the Warburton ones are absolutely lovey

Potato cake is called potato bread or farl here in Northern Ireland you can toast it and eay with butter or melted cheese or you fry it as part of what we call an Ulster fry with eggs sausages and bacon at least thats what u do . Hope you enjoy it px
