People may be cynical but I for one think Simon Cowell is a genius. So many people looked down their nose at him, and still do, yet he proceeded to work his way to the top. His work ethic is something to look up to. I would love to have a percentage of his success as an aspiring music manager myself.

I just love Nick Grimshaw and Simon Cowell. If i was Simon and i had that question of "How do you want to be remembered" I'd say "I want to be remembered as the guy who gave people a chance to make their dreams come through".

Why the hell is there a warning in the description of the fact simon is smoking? Who cares yes it's bad for you but it's his choice. Not everyone who watches this is not going to start smoking because Simon is. Also it's not like he's encouraging it he's just doing it and focusing on the interview.

I love the way Nick interviews people, it's relaxed, fun, and the questions seem organic,with enough depth to be interesting without being offensive.
