Hahaha riot should listen to my idea long time ago where if we lose a match we should not lose lp it's a nightmare imgine all ur progress get ruined so fast like as long u keep winning more than someone who have more lose eventually u will be in the lead let's say I have 400lp and play 10 games and only won 2 how much is that 54 LP and u have 200 LP and win 8 out of 10 u will have 204 lp meaning u will 404 the idea is as long u win keep winning u will climb fast than someone have more lose but there no lp lose
It doesn't exist i actually winning a lot of games recently. But i understand that lossinng a lot of games may seem like it exist. It just that there a lot of new players who play the game after Arcane. I mean if u can still found new videos made of people who watching series and saying that they will also try game. On another hand there is ton of toxic players who just started to create new acc just to play they favourite champs in ranked no matter what ( probably most of those got banned ). I mean iam not chalenger but even in platinum and diamond this is a case there people still trying new champ in a ranked match witch is usually counts for losing game instantly if enemy team doesnt have anyone trying new champ. I also found out that atleats in EUNE that a lot of people just trolling in ranked matches for no reason but becouse they losing a lot. But most often, again in EUNE, actually u encounter players who bought acc with good stats just to try ranked and at that point yourself u just dont want to play a match and yet u forced to do it after recent LP Changes. (P.S Still waiting for surrender of four yes in ranked atleats in EUNE CMON RIOT ) :D
For me it was mostly the opisite, I've been winning allot recently, this season I've went from bronze 4 to silver 1 already, got from silver 4 to silver 1 in like 20 games or so in just 2 weeks
Quick story, i used to OTP Viego and have 65% WR, and the more i won the bigger my streaks went. But at some point, every time i won 5 games in row, the 3 next game minimum were unwinnable with people in giga lose streak and sub 40% WR in my team. And the worst part is that i lost more LP than i won despite my crazy winrate. I'm not the only one, it's giga obvious, loser queue does exist.
You're actually one of those sussy stats as well. Like always, if you get a huge lose streak and try the next day, suddenly your team is the same as always but there is a 65% WR Viego OTP in your team and he carries the game like it's Faker against toddlers, is INSANE the skill gap, and you proceed to feel even worse because "Riot had to put a smurf in your game just so you stop losing"
Yeah loser's queue does exist, but you're not thrown into them just because you're losing, instead, you're thrown into them because you can carry a lot more than the average player in your rank, so instead of rising your MMR so you can play with players of your actual rank/skill, you just go against the people of your current rank, but with lower wr in your team. That explains the loss streak and you losing more lp than normal, bullshit logic i would say.
@@josedallasta the last sentence may actually be true. I am currently in what I believe is a loser q, because sometimes I can outdamage my whole team combined, make some crazy (for my personal level) macro plays to get objectives and still hard lose. According to League of Graphs I have +14% wr to average when +2 kills at 10 minutes and +20% wr to average when -2 kills at 10 minutes, so that kinda correlates with your statement. Kinda want to see the stats on that, so please like this comment if it's the same for you, and ratio on my next comment if it's not and you believe you're in the loser q
There is a lot of money involved in online games, with the lack of legal regulation for online games. So people are delusional if they think losers queue is not happening in a casino like game
It's not just losing. It's the quality of the matches. I've been going on winstreaks followed by losing streaks right after and during the winstreaks my teammates are friendly, productive, don't tilt and are all around good teammates not just skillful. But as soon as I start losing and start the loss streak the games become unbearable, toxic teammates, spam pings/chats, tilt playing, all sorts of shit. It's like an immediate change and I can see in their past games that 3/5 of them including me are on loss streaks and have sub 50% wrs even tho I have a 54% win rate. I don't mind losing if the team is just better, but when my teammates are actively tilted from the start of the game and then run it down in lane because they are tilt playing its unplayable.
I also don't think losers queue is a purposeful thing implemented, I think it is a result of a broken matchmaking system and ranked system that causes matches to be set up this way.
There's several types of different matches: - When your whole team is good and opponent looks like AI and you just demolish them winning between 15 and 20 - and vice-versa - When only one of your mates is bad and is 0/15 - and vice-versa - but still ruins the match Then there's the most rare scenario: - When both teams actually know what they're doing and it's actually a GG no matter who wins - This happens 1 every 200 matches Most of the time this game isn't about who has the best players but who has the less shitty troller feeder players.
For me is the other way around, when im on a winning streak my teams tend to be toxic and when im a losing streak my teams tend to be friendly. Now i dodge everytime my team is extrafriendly in champ select lmfao
I've had a soraka int feed every time she spawns and tell the enemy team the junglers where about and our summoner timings since the game started. No reason.
I got like 6 games win streak and then some losses. I don't know about losers' queue, but it does feel like the games are either hard stomp or hard stomped. The difference in player skill in the same rank is insane.
right, yesterday i faced this zed in silver 1 that was so unskilled compared to what im used to, i caught right on to his inept ability and punished him hard. it wasnt even close.
At your peak elo you're supposed to have ~50% wr. That doesn't mean the games are all back and forth nail biters. It just means that however it happens you will win around as many games as you lose.
Just got a game where our top Olaf went 18/0/2 without even me ganking so the botside was also fed. Honestly couldn’t believe such stomp could happen in a master lobby
I am still left confused as to how a player in my team got to gold 1, when he lacked any basic knowledge of the game, AND played his main horribly. And he was not even duoing, so I have no idea how he got that high, while being this low.
I can definitely feel when Riot puts me with bad players intentionally. I'm 100% convinced that they have a system that detects players that run it down and just add them to your team when it's time to "normalize" your WR
Man i was on a 4 winstreak after placements hardcarrying games and then i get a gp 1trick locking in WW top and running 0-11 at 8 minutes, next game adc gives first blood and disconnects, next game midlaner goes 0-13 in 10 minutes and it kept going for 9 games straight until i stopped playing hahaha
@@AsdPwn3d Same here. Had a massive win streak, was climbing super fast, immediately hit with FOUR GAMES IN A ROW THAT HAD A DC which was “loss mitigated” but what’s more annoying is how that worked out of me. I’ve been gain 27 and losing 18 lp, went on that win streak and then when I got those DCs the loss mitigation was +5 and I lost 28lp which was… a loss of 23 after taking off the mitigation. Like wtf is that logic. Since then I’ve been hemorrhaging lp bc I log on and play one game and have someone either DC or afk and walk around base typing, which then I just stop playing after that. RIP my climb I guess, I don’t even know what I did wrong except win too many games in a row. 🙃
I think there's a hidden normalize in every game, in masterduel the same thing happens, you get a good diverse streak, win and then boom consecutive hard counters. For league instead of hard counters I imagine it's an anti boosting algorithm than "senses" when you are winning "too much" and puts you with losers to "bring you back down where you belong"
I don't know how accurate the "Losers Queue" is, but looking through my ranked match histories this season on multiple accounts with very different ranks, it's mostly a string of wins into a string of loses. As most comments have said, the lost games are when your entire team except for 1 player gets completely rolled. And the wins are where it feels like there's 1-2 players on enemy team playing and the rest are just actual bots going 0/11/1 doing 1.6k damage in 35min games.
Not only that but when you face a losestreak, suddenly your team is the same level as always but there's that one player that hard carries the game like it's at least 10 ranks above you (if possible).
i think thats one of my biggest issue with league right now, when i win i feel like i did nothing and when i lose i feel like i couldnt have done anything, its very annoying and it makes me burn out very quickly.
Additionaly if you are in "losersQ" you can notice your teammates are also in losing streaks, when enemy team is on winning streaks or close to 50% wr past few games. Confirmed that on 2 different accounts and drututt was noticing the same thing
No just no. The game right now more than ever shows how much riot just fucked up the matchmaking and they are afraid to admit it. Every game i play there are ppl who win only 25 or less% of their games and ppl with lv 40-70 accounts doing shit like skarner mid "cuz they just want to try it out". Also the bots. Playing ranked right now is actualy a joke.
@@merok4291 noticed same thing after lp gain change, before average ranks i was matched with were d2-master after the change i rarely saw any master player despite the fact i was in master promo. Most of the games have 3 to 5 lvl 30-45 gold smurfs with 70-80% wr running it down/griefing after 1 mistake + lp gains are probably random at this point (was getting 24 in diamond 1 started getting 27-30 after getting master)
Just went through my match history the last 46 games, there are only four instances of a loss or a win not being followed by the same result at least once, and only one instance of a streak being 2 games long, the rest are 3+.
Here's a spicy take not to be taken seriously(a joke please it's a joke) Instead of fixing matchmaking, riot has put streamers and high elo twitter active players into losersq to make general playerbase feel like it's happening to everyone🤣
I like where you’re going with this. My spicy take is that riot has been unleashed challenger-level AI bots to dominate the server. Like how OG lost to the AI team in Dota2
Actually had the same issue recently. Wasn't just losses, it was like you said--5 minutes in and: "Enemy triple kill". Happened 5 games in a row. Crazy stuff.
for me was this, people having bad internet connections and dcing all the time or people giving in first bloods for invades and then tilting and insta losing game. I stopped playing ranked ever since haha
As a master player on numerous accounts for 2 seasons now I have been very observant of my games along with others' and truth be told I will always believe in the concept of losers queue. Given how rare those extremely close 50/50 games have become with completely one-sided games being the vast majority, it surely is a plausible concept. Although I could go ahead and be more analytical, I am closing this off with an optimistic note that no matter what, you be cognizant that skill will always beat the odds.
@@doctorisjoe It is because durability patch basically made everyone tankier and even a small lead is big for survivability. That, combined with insane skill gap between same rank players, makes games more of a coinflip than anything
a month ago i was the one striked by this, it wasnt ranked but i lost 24 matches in a row and most of the players (80%) i got on my team were on the same boat. i'm not someone that rages or gets frustrated so i kept playing, and out of nowhere started to get normal players and everything got back to normal. It was an insane experience
If your not in ranked you could be matched against full teams. Probably happens more than you would expect. Also, league doesn't tell you so you would have no idea. The thing about solo/duo is that that can't be the cause of bad games. Just sayin
Champ select anonymity has allowed Riot to hide people in lobby and your ability to see that Loser's Queue is real. It has to go. It literally hides transparency.
I am 100% convinced that Riot's matchmaking is engineered to keep players in a cycle of frustration/elation. An emotional player base is one that will keep playing, spend the most time in the client, see the most skin/champ advertising, and spend the most money. I would even go so far as to say that players' mechanical responsiveness is being messed with. Hitbox size seems to change, abilities don't go off, etc. Not to mention the way that some days you get cooperative and cool teammates, then others you get 8 inting bot lanes in a row and 4 afks. It's not a game, it's a skin collector with a moba attached.
holly SHIT i thought i was the only one to have this "BUG" where I press a button and the ability doesn't cast, I EVEN HAVE A REPLAY APP that let's me see my inputs and I do indeed press the fkn button, for example I want to R someone with zed, on the replay it's shown I pressed it, the ability just doesn't cast and I die, and EVERY time it happens, it's when there's more than one enemy around me...omg this is straight up illegal this is mental destruction if it turns out to be true
Losers Queue is real. It's a pretty well documented phenomenon and due to Riot's complete inability to moderate its playerbase and deal with bots, account sellers, and smurfs , it's only getting worse. We really should go on a strike as a playerbase until they fix these matchmaking problems. The only way Riot ever listens is when enough people make noise.
funny how some people say loser queue isn't real, but more & more people who experienced it can show proof of it. It's definitly a thing, no doubt about that. The excuse of riot not having a specific code for the loser queue isn't enough, it still could happen, they can't even fix a biscuit bug how would you expect them to make a perfectly working mmr system.
indeed. i saw a fucking broze 1 player in mid plat elo. and he really was low elo player.. around silver1 - G4 his AI bot playstyle gave it away and i checked opgg. mmr system is broken.
The hell do you mean “how would you expect them to make a perfectly working mmr system” wouldn’t that show they are incapable of making a correctly working rigged one?
Making a correctly working one takes no extra coding or work people get placed into ranks depending on who is available and queuing. ur just a mongrel rage queuing at 3am stfu
That's assuming people aren't more likely to post massive loss streaks because of the Loser's Queue meme while ignoring other results, which feeds back into the meme and makes you more aware of and willing to post loss streaks. Self reported data on the internet is really tricky to make definitive conclusions with.
Where is the proof? that someone rage queue'd and lost 4/5 games? That's as much of a proof of it existing, as me posting that i won 15 out of my last 20 games and saying it proves there is a winners queue. Your second sentence makes it even more obvious that you don't know shit about what you are talking about
I feel like this is happening even in lower elo. I was on a solid win streak on a fresh account and as soon as I hit silver 3 it was like riot games just gives me NPCs for teammates while the enemy has Jesus Christ guiding them to victory
@@ROB-cj4kq I totally agree that riot should hard reset everyone’s elo including all challenger and pro players. Completely remove duo queue or make it a separate queue. Solo queue should not have the ability to have two players playing together where one is boosting the other to a rank they don’t belong. I honestly believe there are bronze/iron players hard stuck in silver and then players higher ranked have to deal with them on their team basically making it an automatic loss. For someone who can play at a high plat/ low diamond level and having trouble carrying silver games due to inflated MMR ranked players who are so bad that they don’t even belong in silver. I know people say “ just ignore them and you can carry.” Believe me I really try to. I know I shouldn’t expect anything even from legit silver players but, I feel like even at silver players should have a way better grasp of basic knowledge of the game and it really does not feel like they do. I am constantly dealing with junglers who afk in the jungle. Have zero concept of pressure or objective control. Supports that don’t know what wards are. Top and mid laners that don’t understand rotating or collapsing on enemies who just get away with being where they shouldn’t. As you may have guessed I didn’t mention adc because that’s the role i play. Yes, I know people will also say just play mid or jungle to carry more games. The thing is I firmly believe any role can carry games and climb to the rank they deserve. I play adc really well and can easily carry my support through lane phase even if they are off in la-la land. I haven’t even discussed another change riot strongly needs to add which is not allowing first time champion picks in ranked. The way it should work is ACTUALLY make mastery have value. At the moment , anyone can reach mastery 7 if they play a champion long enough. I think a really good idea to fix this is to allow players to also LOSE mastery on champions for poor performance and losses. This would be done through normal games. This would force players to actually master their champions. For ranked matches players shouldn’t be allowed to play a champion they don’t have at least mastery 5 or higher in. This will ALSO fix smurfing. Why? Because then you can’t buy an account without still having to go rank up your champion pool in ranked. No one is going to want to constantly grind mastery lvls over and over. Suffice to say it really doesn’t matter whether any one in the community has good ideas for changes or not riot does not listen to anyone from their community..
i played in master/diam, and in silver, and i can guarantee you all elos are under this "curse", I said it on another comment but It started early this week for me, I usually have a very high winrate when I make a new account (averaging 80% till I hit plat), since the beginning of this week and all my games feel like I stubbed my f***ing toe on chair leg with f***king daggers that are sticking out of it, it's not JUST about the losses because I'm okay to loose even in low elo if I'm just playing bad, i can recognize when I'm playing bad usually, it's just... this week league has become a nightmare the quality of the games just became poisonous
@@moremoneyplease6838 yupp! when you got dumbasses that are playing ranked and dont even want to win or try almost every game, it becomes almost impoossible to win. having your mid lane say " its an ff angle." at fking 5mins in a game when it wasnt even close to an ff til he forced it to be.
Almost same happened to me aswell. Won almost every game easily up to plat 1 promos but when i went to play promos they were inst lost from begining. Happened twice already.
it started out this week for me, early this week it's incredible, I do super well, i have quite a lot of game knowledge since I've already hit grand master, but since the beginning of this week i started loosing, i even queued on a silver account, almost every single game is horrifying, it's like I'm not even playing league of legends anymore i can't even explain it, it's just unwinnable, literally just unwinnable somehow since the beginning of the week
Man, this anecdotal evidence from a statistically insignificant sample size, along with a clear example of the Baader-Meinhoff phenomenon, surely proves that riot rigs matches to make you lose streak on purpose!!!!
im actually on a lose streak, got demoted from D3 to Plat1 and its kinda weird cuz all of my games are like my botlane: 1/22 enemy botlane: 26/3 or one of us just goes AFK saying "you dont deserve to win"
Same thing. From D2 I'm now D4 0 LP. I'm trying to keep my head cool. I'm trying my absolute hardest to play as well as I can but I keep losing to things that are out of my control. Didn't know those streaks were a thing these last few days. Glad to see I'm not crazy and I hope for a compensation with an equally long winners Q or at least human teams
gold elo with you guys. recently climbed from s2 to g1 in ~2 weeks as adc, but today i lost 7 games and won only 1. now i`m g2 0 lp. i didn`t play well in most of them, it`s true, but the art of 1/7/0 kayle and 7/1/0 riven just prisoned my mind
I’m so happy this isn’t just happening to me. I was literally losing my mind the only game I won the other day I went 15/0/12. Every other game was absolutely unwinnable 4 minutes into the game I have no idea what’s going on
ea has similar concept and it is public know in ea games you get 100% loss after som time. we are talking about,... lets say you win 16 games in row in bronze and are now in promos. the game now puts 3 master players on there mains into the enemy.... it exist,( and there ia also a good vid on this, juts search engament based matchmaking) its there, we are far away from early 2010 days where matchmaking did not exist or was acutually pairing people with same rank. I decided to stop league for this season.
Same here. I tend to have a mix of games, usually more positive, with me winning around 70-80% of them and climbing a rank or two before being hit with a 10+ game loss streak and falling back to where I was. I won't pin it on Riot or try to blame them for rigging the system, but the loss streaks for so many people happening so often is definitely weird. And Riot making the Victorious rewards achievable based on games played rather than rank reached makes it all the more suspicious. You can be hardstuck iron and still get Victorious rewards now if you spam enough ranked games.
Feels like no matter how far I'm ahead we cant win because I'm playing with people way below the games average skill level. There was an instance of this a couple of months back aswell. There is definitely something going on. It started a couple days ago, maybe a week.
I went from winning almost every game having a 70% win rate to having 6-7 games in a row where my team wanted to afk at 4 min, 0-20 bot lanes, running it down, choosing to farm chickens over killing baron, feeling like im in silver 4 again. I his gold 2 after a win streak and then instantly got loses down to gold 3 0 lp. in my games i always blame myself looking for what i could improve on but no matter how well i perform, the people on my team seem to only know how to lose. Its insanely frustrating seeing people in higher gold perform worse than people in high silver. Im not saying its broken but there has to be a way to better queue players up together. Maybe the answer is a complete revamp of the ranked system where it is perforrmanced based as well as loss/win based. This would mean that when I get an S where no one on my team was even positive, i am not as harshly penalized for losing that game. At the end on it I realize that its a team game. This however would motivate players to want to perform well in every game and not tilting the moment they cancel a single auto.
Underrated comment. CSGO has this sort of rankedQsystem and i feel very ok with it. League System bears way too much frustration potential with its win-loss singularity design
It happened to me too once and I just didn't care at that point. I'd lose every single game until the 11th I just happened to win even though it was not my fittest game.
@@eduardogomezruiz9505 exactly what happened to me. I had like a 7 loss streak where I won lane, scaled with lategame champs and so on, but didn't manage to win, on the game I was 0/6 autofilled I just won by doing nothing
Do you really think, in a world where AI can predict Cancer, a company does not know the result of the next game with every stat available from every player? Matchmaking rigs every match: As soon as u get in a winning strake u will get 0/10 yasuos, afks, jungle autofilled, i even got once 2 autofilled - jungle and sup, and they actually main sup and jungle, the same exact opposite. Matchmaking works against you, to drop you down as soon as spossible to the 52% wr (in case you are good) when you are getting close to your previous rank. As soon as you are above 60% the might of afks, inters and autofilleds comes upon you, in order to 'correct' your winrate to 52% and your projected elo in several games comes closer to your past rank. Check how easy it is for you to place in your past rank, im not talking about stomping becasue the enemy team is just bad, im talking about extra factors like afk or inters which makes the game unplayable and a secure win for you. Why the 52%? Well do the math, you will need 200 games in order to climb a higher rank, thats almost all season for a vast majority of players. Thats how RIto keeps its base gamers playing season after season.
The new MMR system makes the ultimate 1V9 meme a reality. Dante's games always had a guy on the enemy team who had similar MMR to him, meaning it was tecnically a 1v1v8, but a 1v9 nontheless. It's not the fact that LosersQ exists, it's the new MMR system making sure NO ONE gets a smooth climb. It is intended.
I OTP Elise for two reasons, the champ and for staying usefull for my team, that plays more than me and surpass me around 200 and 400 levels. From a steady 60% winrate i have passed since start of March to experience huge losses streaks, lowering my account winrate to 39%, same happened to my friends with way more lv, they are now stunk in 34% and 33% winrate, the other team passed from being to our level since start to end for most of the matches to know it was a complete loss at minute 5-7, from getting the first 3 kills at minute 7 to now playing the same way as before having to see myselft getting the 3th kill at minute 20 (last match was so bad that even got that kill at minute 37). This made the game stop being fun at all, a game when you know you are gonna have 2 kills during the entire of the game even when playing your only played champ, knowing you cannot change to another because, if you are lossing this way with your otp, then there is no way to getting back to even try other champ. So im even thinking to directly change to play DOTA 2 instead, if im not enjoying my 97% picked champ and cannot change to another for evoiding droping the winrate to less than 20% then the only solution for this if this problem is ignored is to change game, cuz i don't fell im playing League Of Legends anymore.
Whatever you want to call it something is fundamentally built into RITO's code to 'help' bring these loss streaks on. It's not new. For some reason people are just deciding to be more vocal right now.
Riot has always forced a 50% win rate on your account it's as simple as that, if you are past the lp boost of the first games in the season with 50% win rate that's your rank according to riot. After that they do everthing they can to keep it at 50%, giving you worse teammates that you are over their hidden mmr and better teammates of you are under. Only way out of that hell circle is win consistantly with the bad teammates for the mmr to finally realize that maybe you've gotten better.
cause this is the worst season we ever had. skill does not matter, best champs are all braindead press r champs, or stat checker who get 1 kill early and roll you the entire game. thats not a low elo problem since you have to play them to climb. look high, best jgl is jarvan/Vi........ best mid annie/ aurelion.
@@cloudwalker9572 xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD Sadly that dumb logic requires you to believe that riot finds a few chosen ones, who get inted by the system as the system woudl be impossible to be deployed to every account (oh so you were doing so good, they had to put 4 players who were doing badly into your team, but wait, why the fck did that guy who was doing badly get put into a game that tries to make him lose, but also why would he get a single carry player that tries to make him win? Yeah it makes literally 0 sense if you think about it for longer than a single second, but there must be a reason why you are hardstuck for 4 years, and it must be rito's doing it to you, not the fact you haven't improved in the last 4 years)
@@Soul-ex8gb No. There's enough players with 30-49% winrate naturally that the system can find 3 40%'s + a 45% for you to play with. Before i quit league I had porofesser showing me winrates and that shit was impressive the teams it gave. If i dodged then i had another chance at a better team. i was climbing with 65% wr and 90% on my one trick champs for a while. Don't talk just because you're a garbage keyboard warrior
I had too many sussy players on my main so I ended up swapping to an alt, thats slightly lower mmr, and its insane how instead of perma loss streaks I'm approaching (hopefully) 70% wr dia with the exact same champ it's legit like some accounts just straight up feel cursed
When i played my placements and some more (about 30ish games) my smurf was about 140 lp higher than my main. My main actually had a couple more games. Mind you on my smurf i was having 8+ KDAs and 80% wr and on my main i could't even dream of any champ having these stats
@@ithadtobeaname7327it's like they put Smurf accounts in winners and old accounts on losers. That's not a theory, it's a reality. If I create a new account now I will climb easily, because u just need to play ok and will win games. It completely out of control how the matchmaking is in favor on new accounts
i swear its the same, on my main i kept losing no matter how good i performed. On my 2nd account, i played placements and climbed up to plat 1 in 10 days while my main is stuck in g3
Losers que is working as intended I see no issue, Autofill also working as intended; keeping everyone's win rate at a sub 52% by giving you a team with 3 support mains and everyone on the enemy team is either a smurf or gets their preferred role
I mean . At this point it is just too obvious . Losers queue existance should be acknowledged and insteed of discussing whether it exists or not , I think content creators should make the league community aware of such a phenomenon . It always existed and it will always be if we don't take action . At one point I stoped playing this game only because of this issue . The only time I consider logging in in this game is when I play aram or flex queue with friends .
Ok. This is not me then, this started early this week, I was losing easy games like I could not explain, not matter how hard I try to. I understand losing some games, but this was just too much. My solution was to try my best every game and just keep pushing through, but I guess I need to take a break until this is resolved.
I actually thought it was just me having a tilt time so I stopped playing league since like a week or two ago which is probably when this started. The games felt more doomed but in a different way in that while i was trying not to feed my leads while still looking out for wincons the game just inevitably still trended towards a loss through really obvious stuff. Things players at my skill level should know better about just kept happening on repeat.
you don't need to take a break, trying ur best every game is exactly what ur supposed to do to climb. i firmly believe losers q exists, but it isnt as bad as it sounds like. basically, because riot wants to keep you addicted to their game, they will put you into streaks, either getting better teammates then the enemy team, or worse, making you go into winning/losing streaks. there will still be games where the odds are 50/50 and you are the deciding factor, even tho it doesn't look like it. my best advice is to try your best and only play ~3 games in a session. when you lose 3 games in a row, it's clear that you're in losers q and you should try your luck the next day. i feel like you shouldn't play more than 3 games a day cause, even tho you don't notice it, you eventually start to play worse due to exhaustion.
@@BeaST-le1iz you're too ignorant. the amount of stress and pressure of players mental health of this losers q which is always one sided and outskilled in every lane, by in less than 10 mins the enemy already scored more than the mins itself, I've been there right now and it is draining your mentallity. You tried your best yes but no such player would still be calm like this.
in doomed games ur best to leave ur lane and roam into any jg / bot fights. u can 5--0 top and mid can have 0 impact on the game. but it wont matter if ur bot is 1-6 at 10min and tower is almost gone. if your play bot lane ur whole lane phase and mid game is determined by jg ganks and mid roam or you just auto lose.
I've actually had some loss streaks in the last week, that seemed out of the ordinary. Not as extreme as these here but I won like 6 out of 20 and in most games I did well but some are just unwinnable because of autofilled people or people with very negative winrates that simply can't play the game. Losers queue definitely exists, even if it's not what most people think it is. It's just that when you hit a winstreak, after a time the system checks and starts matching you with terrible players with low winrate to balance out your increasing winrate, in such cases both teams have an overall 50% winrate and chance to win it's just that the enemy team has more people with positive winrates that aren't as high as yours and so you're the only player raising the winrate for your team to that 50%. So technically it's not really a losers queue but you're not favored to win as you have to solo carry these bad players and you're playing against decent players. It's basically an autolose. This system is used in many competitive games to keep the players engaged by forcing them to be close to 50% winrate, no matter if they're good or not by using bad teammates to dunk their winrate. It's called engagement optimized matchmaking and is something that should not be allowed in competitive games. It's okay for casual games where you only win or lose and do not climb but in games like ranked league it's just punishing for no reason. Riot has admitted on using this matchmaking and haven't straight out denied the existance of the losers queue, so if anyone's still coping that there's no losers queue you might wanna read what riot themseves have said about their matchmaking system in the past. Might turn out that you yourself are an agent that is used to assassinate mmr by being ranked higher than you should be.
Yeah, basically it's that Riot matches people together so that both teams have 50% chance of winning, yet I am the only one with positive w/r on my team, while the enemy has 4 people with positive. In this case, the 4 enemy positives will crush my negative teammates, and even if I stomp my own lane, there is nothing I can do to turn the game around 1v5. Riot will claim "but we matched you because there is on average 50% chance for both teams", when that's not how the game plays out. I cannot take my 80% winrate across all map all the time to actually get that 50%, but the 4 enemies with 55% winrate can cover the whole map against the 4 45% teammates. That's what so bad about Riot's matchmaking and why losersQ exists.
bud i have had games were we had 5 fucking support mains on our team. 4 auto filled players and the enemy team was all on role. "oh but then you must have had a higher mmr" unlikely. ranks in this game were My team g2,g1,p4,s1,g3. now for the bullshit that was the ALL ON ROLE ENEMY TEAM - p1, p1, p2, p4, p1 Excuse the fuck out of me? was this suppose to be winnable? was this suppose to be a fucking fair game?
@@ArcaneTricksterRS exactly. It’s the most bs matchmaking ever. It balances it so that my team weighs me down if I’m on too big of a winstreak. It feels like matchmaking doesn’t help you to win games, but it can force you to lose if you’re winning to much
@@yannbrogard6971 yes I do get free wins but I would much prefer having close games where it was largely determined on how well I played. Right now we’re at the mercy of just matchmaking
I'm kind of an ARAM player, so not ranked, but there seems to be a similar trend there. I'd get on a massive loss streak and check my teammate's profiles, each of them either on a mad loss streak or just coming back from a break. What makes it worse is the fact that there's almost always 1 person who just ignores the line of skirmish and just gets picked on cooldown, making games 4v5s. It makes games unplayable.
Nah man like half these comments are genuinely so delusional. You can't complain about losers queue if you sit at 50% wr on the dot gambling each game you play without improving. Ofc you're not gonna be climbing and you'll get massive loss streaks, bc u aren't having any impact on ur games... legit baffles me people are here wondering why they go on 15+ loss streaks below master+ You're playnig while you're tilted and playing sub-bar compared to everyone else. Obviously you're going to lose, bc you aren't trying + you're just gambling on the chance you get good teams instead of trying to improve to carry your team. Yeah I get that you will go on loss streaks, but going on 10-30 loss streaks is just hilarious, that has nothing to do with losers q, you're just playing badly. Im almost gm with 60% wr and I was plat 1 last season. It's inevitable that you get dog team mates, but it's just so unlikely to lose that many games in a row if you're playing well. Can't complain about how bad your teammates play if you're playing equally as bad...
Yes and then they wonder how they got to diamond 4 and suddenly they’re back in plat 4… half the time it’s cos they’re just flipping wins up and down . Very strange
I've ran into this for the last 2 days. Just amassing losses (a majority of griefers and leavers). I finally won a game today because someone left the enemy team very early (after 1 death) so I feel like that team got the crappy end of the stick.
So my duo and i started playing recently again and we did about 80 games with a 70% wr, last nightand the day before we went on a 10%wr over 30 games. My assumption and my opinion is that most of the mental game in players just having infinite smurfs to play from play only for the first 10 minutes if they die lose exp or generally dont get what they want they stop trying afk or straight up just feed till they get a kill. This has been non stop. So many smurfs “not good players” just brand new accs everywhere. I wish there was a level restriction or possibly a way to play with like subbed people only mode or something id pay to play against main accs only with people who actually care about playing and not switching accs etc.
Yep i just cant win games and i was rank 40 chall and now im struggling to be able hold bottom of grandmasters. I was hit with npc teammates that just kept dying over and over (bot averaged 1 death per 2 min) and i swear i have 30% wr on 20 games and thats just insane considering i climbed to chall with a massive win streak
Won 5 out of the last 20 games so yeah...I've just been demoted to Gold 1 lol... after an absurd amount of unwinnable games because all lanes are running it I give up. Riot you win. I actually went back to playing Tft after a year since there won't be any handless team mates dragging me down
I just climbed straight from G4 0LP-G2 80LP in like 15 games then got the absolute worst mental boomers imaginable for my past 5 or so games and went to G2 0LP, so I feel this.
DUDE SAME WXACT THING FOR ME, i made it to g2 80 lp over 5 times after being gold 4 for a year and then now i dropped to g3 50 lp lol from constant losses
Ive been experiencing the same thing lately but I didn't think much of it. Even if there isn't a "Loser's queue" by intention, but let's not forget that matchmaking has to be coded and designed just like everything else in League, so I wouldn't put it past Riot's spaghetti code to make games completely coinflip or put players on loss-streaks.
I made plat in a record amount of games this season. Got there with a 60% win rate. Then it happened... from the first game of making plat, then for another 20-25 games from thereafter, I just couldn't win. Might have won 3 out of all of them. Didn't matter how good I did or how encouraging I was. Someone at some point would tilt and rage quit, tell the other team what we were doing, afk farm in a lane, or simply just run it down until we surrendered or the other team ran us over. Not to say I played great every game, but I did well in the vast majority of them. By the end of that streak, I was losing 30 lp for every 15 I gained (down from gaining 25 and losing 18). It genuinely felt like there was some invisible force saying, "You're not allowed to be plat."
Same exact thing with me. Hit plat and boom. Suddenly each game at least 1/2 people on my team are afk/inting ect. Its insane because now my mmr is fcked for the ranked reset this june because ive been losing a bunch on 0lp. Im not playing ranked anymore because i think im on my demotion game.
Losers queue does exist and especially for lower ranks - Bronze, silver, gold, plat and diamond. I play relatively well. Start of the season I got up to Gold 1, one game away from platinum promo. I wish I never played that one game and even had hopes of going on a promo. I demoted from Gold 1 to Bronze 2 over the course of about 45 days, on a continuous downtrend (Yes, really). Lowest winrate I had was 10%. Since B2 I got back up to Gold 4 but as soon as I hit it, losers queue ensues. So far, I've demoted from G4 to S1-S2 a total of 3-4 times, and G4 seems impossible to get out of. And the pattern is very obvious - 1. Hit G4 after a long grind (S1 - G4 sometimes takes days, the system keeps you playing by giving you teams that are impossible to solo carry as a high gold/low plat skill level player) 2. Instantly go on a defeat streak - Lose 4 out of 5 games usually. Games that are not even close. 3. Check profile, see red triangle saying "Demotion shield expiring" 4. Do one more ranked game - same impossible team, demote. 5. Queue up again only to end up with an AFK at around the 5th min 6. Lose the game in 7 minutes, loss mitigated but still -17-20 LP 7. Queue up again - End up playing with a scripted jungle or support (Literal bot with 0% winrate) 8. Lose it in about 15-20 minutes And there you go, you're at the bottom of S1. Eventually, the opposite happens - you end up with pretty chill, skilled teammates and go on a victory streak - and this feels just as bad because you know first hand how helpless the enemy team feels. But this is what I hate about the matchmaking system - it's all streaks and the results of lower elo games are majorly predetermined - only a few in a hundred matches are truly determined by the skill of the players and their desire to win. Only a few of the matches really feel like a competitive PvP - The rest feel like it's just your turn to get steamrolled. And it's worse with the newly-implemented LP gain-loss changes. Yes, you do gain more for a win... But defeat streaks are very punishing. A 5-8 game defeat streak (which happens frequently to some players) can set you back 100-200 LP, even if you perform well. There are so many potentially good changes to the ranked system of LoL but after all, Riot doesn't give a shit - it appears as if all they want is to keep the players grinding, to increase the likelihood of conversion once their new, fancy skin line drops.
i think we need the 5 games to rank up back and the shield preventing deranks removed i am gold rightnow and the amount of people hardstuck g4 0 lp with 45% wr or worse is baffling to me i check my opgg to see that my team has negative wrs while the enemy has 50+
Been on some crazy losing streaks the past few days, winning 2-3 games out of 20. I was thinking maybe it was me and i was losing my 'touch'. But seems not, thanks for the video!
It's been the exact same for me and my friends. We've played every weekend for a few years. We definitely have those weekends where it just isn't it and we aren't playing well. But the past couple of weeks I have noticed the games have been incredibly hopeless. It's hard to say the blame isn't on us, but my general feelings towards starting a game of league right now is don't. These past few weeks specifically the discrepancy between the enemy team and our team have been so noticeable to the point it's depressing. None of us are playing anymore when it used to be our go to game. I consider us to be talented enough to not go on massive lose streaks like this. It is definitely a recent thing. Maybe it's burnout?
@@AdmiralVortex I absolutely agree. The best games are when it's neck and neck. I don't mind losing then. But those games simply do not happen anymore.
The video is so perfectly timed. I almost legit quit the game yesterday, and I've never been demoralized to this level before Edit: I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I've noticed almost everyone is lower elo than they should be, which is causing massive bottlenecking as we all out compete each other. Porofessor shows what players were last season, and virtually everyone in silver 3 to silver 1 were mid to high gold last season. I track stats closely every season and I've NEVER seen this happen before
I was about to quit the other day too 😂 I only won one game when I had a 27.0 KDA. I was D4 a couple seasons ago when I was serious and got back into it a month ago and obviously am not as good but I can’t get past my G1 promos I could always get plat 2-3 with ease before I’m so confused what’s going on
@SleepyPanda yeah for real. I hard carried a game against a gold 3 midlaner in Silver 1, and the game rewarded me by giving me huge bot or top lane diffs for like 5 games in a row. I beat my laner every time, but I couldn't carry the massive diff in other lanes. And don't even get me started on the smurfs that are in 50% of my games at LEAST (with porofessor, you can tell. They are new accounts or ones that placed in platinum or above last season). I'm back down at Silver 3, which I've NEVER been at before in my entire life (unless it was climbing upwards during placements). In the past, if I couldn't climb, it was always because I was losing lane, so I knew it was my fault (and or I wasn't impacting the map as much as my lane opponent). Something is definitely wrong this season; it's never felt like this before
Man just 2 days ago I had a huge loss streak of 9, to the point that I was wondering what hte hell was going on - these games were unwinnable with no comeback available and after a solid 13 (almost 14) years of playing the game I was ready to give up. Then I pop in a normal and the game was actually a solid 5v5 back and forth? why the hell
My take on losers queue: I really believe that "losers queue" is a byproduct of the mmr system + Riot's internal mechanic to try and create this "50% wr" balance (to keep players playing the game). I'm sure that there isn't an actual function in the code to make the player lose but here are some scenarios that shows the flaws of the current system and why it seems like losers queue exists. Assumptions: A normal player with an average winrate and plays with the intent to win Scenario 1: You start winning more than usual - Your rank increases but your mmr increases slower, causing a low LP gain, high LP loss - You may be placed into a game where the enemies are around the same rank, slightly higher avg mmr. And your team, and although similar avg rank, but lower mmr - With every game being harder to win, in addition with a low LP gain, high LP loss, you are less likely to win each game and thus "losers queue" is formed Scenario 2: You lost one game and a losing streak starts forming - Your mmr doesn't decrease significantly yet, but your mmr != your current rank - Smurfs (I think) are defined where a player's mmr is much higher than their rank (ex: gold account with a plat mmr) - Matchmaking has 2 options: to either put you in team where you have the highest mmr but your team all have lower mmr than you, OR place you with people with higher mmr (not necessarily mean better skill) and you have the lower/ lowest mmr on your team - You may be placed in smurf queue (by accident) and your enemies may be smurfs - You might be placed with boosted teammates (because their mmr is inflated but not their skill) - You might be placed in an "unwinnable" team where no matter how hard you carry, you have 4 deadweights by default - Since you are losing an "easier" game (plat mmr player losing in a gold game), you get deducted more LP upon loss, and less LP upon win (because the game thinks you SHOULD be winning in this elo), you are now in "losers queue" On top of my head I currently can't think of a perfect way to solve this issue. I think one of the main flaws in the mmr system is that it assumes higher mmr == higher skill, lower mmr == lower skill. But in reality, a higher mmr doesn't always imply better skill and a lower mmr caused by a losing streak doesn't always mean that the player is bad
SAME. Every fucking game we go versus smurfs, and my teammates are bad or not as good as the Smurf’s. Been like that for a few weeks. I remember last reason I never had these issues
i had the same experience went from plat 2 to gold 1 , after winning 90% of my games suddenly started losing , lost the last 16 out of 18 , out of rage started queueing for adc instead of toplane ,
i went from diamond 3 to gold 1 ´. losing like 25 games and won 5 something like that.. and its impossible to get back there im stuck p4 for 2 weeks now
Happened the same with me p2 90LP with good winrate, suddenly I'm in plat 4 with negative winrate. The games are so toxic all of a sudden, they're unplayable. Even champ selection is an auto loss. And for some odd reason, I had teemo top like 5 times in two days, had to dodge a bunch of times and I still get idiots the next game...I know I don't deserve plat 4, I've been d2 last season and this is just pure bs xD
@@MyOvercoat last 5 games i got 2 afkers in one team, 1 wukong clicking to the enemy nexus while he goes afk, a sett going in my lane and feeding enemy laner 24/7, and a kennen top who let chogath get more fed than anyone else in the game, so... yeah maybe i'm the problem though..
@@adrielwilson4563 I was joking. Just stating that IF losers queue is real, than winners queue has to be real also. The question is WHO are the ones winning and why?
I’m honestly pretty sure it exists. As a onetrick I was 2 games from challenger on euw. Then I literally went down 400+lp in a single week. Game quality got so much worse and even queuing up on other roles did not change anything. Every game my team got utterly stomped, as if there was a big rank difference between my team and the enemy team. I actually stopped playing, cause I saw so many high elo players in unwinnable games or on big losing streaks.
we are at the state where challanger na players lost there first games on eu, cause riot did everything they could so this seaon cant be solo carried. look at nightblue stream or dantes, stream , games a auto loss in draft.
That's not identifiable of losers q, actually looking into the profiles does. You got high elo streamers saying it exists, then some average plat/dia player who's feel confident tries to say it doesn't exist, lmao. It's so disgustingly rigged it's obvious. From getting 5 main role, to main champ/mastery champs teams to teams with full autofill, 1st time champions and players that haven't played for months. Anyone who thinks it doesn't exist is a buffoon, and Riot protects this griefing by not helping us dodge. I wanna get rewards and then dip, not worth the hassle, they're literally spitting our faces and joking with our time.
You said it best, with so many people losing there are also so many people winning. Selection bias is at play, making it seem like it's more of a problem than it is.
Since this wednesday, every game has been either a really drawn out, ripping victory from death's hands kind of game, or a complete stomp where all other lanes are losing and we ff at 18 minutes 2 with 2 afk players flaming in chat
Losers queue has to exist for 50% WR to be the "norm" and keep ranked relatively stable along the curve. With how little people actually try in ranked, if rigged losers/winners queue didn't exist, there would be way too many people in Bronze/Iron and way too many in higher elos
It would be statistically impossible for some version of losers queue to not exist. These types of streaks happen regularly in lower brackets and people chalk it up to "you're not good", but that just doesn't explain the frequency or the team compositions. I quit playing league when I lost 23 games in a row, with all 12 games putting me as the only person on my team with a 50+% winrate, and all 4 teammates below 35% winrate, against a team with 5 people all over 50% winrate. 12 times in a row. I don't care what you call it, that doesn't happen randomly. I was already close to quitting because I was getting those types of teams, but you manage to win a couple of those and it keeps you playing. But 12 in a row? That's just not a game I enjoy
I’ve always said it before about losers/winners que, it’s not built into the game code but it’s more of a “luck of the draw,” where no matter what YOU do it doesn’t change the game outcome. Still this is rather jarring to see this type of thing happening.
what would it take for you to upload your vods or make longer content on Rival Gameplay? Like i enjoy the vibe of the channel and watch a bit of twitch but am interesting in longer form content.
Same hapenning to me, from 67% WR OTP Sejuani to less than 48% in one week on Ru server, 1 or 2 autofilled players in every game. Something is definitely broken
Holy cow, yes! I've been playing 3 or 4-man stack with some friends of mine who have created brand new EUW accounts, so we can all play together (they're usually on Asia). I'm the highest level at 110 or so, while they are levels 20 through 50. I mention this, because a lot of the games we played, our team didn't have any mastery on the champs we played, while the enemy team was double or triple our level (level 200-400 players) and nearly always Mastery 5, 6 or 7 with tens, if not hundreds of thousands of points. Literally, every game we stacked-up tonight, one of us just insta-loses the lane and literally no matter how we play, we lose the game: - I played Supp, enemy Karma+Trist are tower-diving us for a double at level 3. At 15 minutes game, they are 2-3 levels ahead of us, double our CS and something like 8/1. Karma had 1 item (a supp item) and was doing 500 damage or so per empowered W. Trist pressed E, did 3 autos and we died. - Next game, enemy team is 4v5, but despite that, their Kassadin goes 22/3 and is level 18 while we are level 13 or so (as was everyone else in the game). He has 3-4 items, while everyone else has barely done their Mythic and boots. - I then decide to play Kassa mid and lost an early 1v1 against the enemy Veigar. By the time I get back to lane, he's 2+ levels ahead, already has 90AP from his passive, has killed every single minion (I had 50CS or so, as did both top-laners, this Veigar had almost 100CS) and is hitting me with every single Q, or stunning me on the final pixel of his E. In each game, we had to surrender at 20 or 25, because these enemy players were literally 1v9'ing the entire game and we simply could not do anything against them.
"Many people have wittnessed thunderclouds in the last few months.. it must be the great god odin!" 1) the likelyhood of a phenomena like thunderclouds forming is very high. 2) therefore many people have seen them. 3) but we CAN'T prove that thundergod odin exists just because of a bunch of clouds that people have seen.
I've read somewhere that league's matchmaking system is designed to keep players around a 50% win ratio. It's designed this way to "keep" players interested in the game and to "keep" playing. In theory if you win most of your games you will not play as often and will get bored of the game in due time. Research has been done to see how win/loss streaks affect a players willingness to play more games and it's been shown that players will play more on a loss streak than a winning one. Think of rage queueing or playing on tilt. So if you find yourself on a losing streak you're probably playing everyday or every other day and need to give the game a break to make the algorithm think you're disengaged with the game and to put you in "winners queue". I've done this myself. I was playing everyday and couldn't get out of s2. Now I play every three days and climbed to g3 in a few days. The TL:DR, take breaks (3 days at minimum) to reset your losers queue
been saying this for months, I go on 10 game win streaks, get just past promos, or in promos, then I get an afk, I say its okay next game will be better, another afk, okay its fine... another afk, well can't be 4 in a row.. okay no afk, but my support went smite yuumi and is sitting on jger, okay well 5 would be ridiculous, oh.. top laner and jungler are both first timing a champ and have spent the last 5 minutes of laning angrily typing at eachother.. well it'd statistically be unlikely for 6 in a row no? oh... this time 2 people afked at 4 minutes.. this carries on for literally like 15 games, of which I win at most one or two out of sheer will. by the 6th game I'm also being more toxic, or I'm babysitting my teammates the entire game.
YES! I am S1 and I've had games with IRON players. Literally HOW? THEN THERE'S THE LITERAL BOTS that Rito said they fixed but they didn't. I'm usually somewhere inside of Gold and now just staying in S1 seems IMPOSSIBLE. The losers Q exists and no one can tell me otherwise.
I was talking about this with a friend yesterday. I was telling him that lately I've been feeling weird with LoL because no matter what I just keep losing getting at least one 0/15 dude every game. I tried different roles, different strategies and no matter what it seems almost impossible to win
The Most frustrating thing about this Season is the LP gain. Losstreaks are More punishing than winstreaks are rewarding. For example when i win 7 games in a row i Start to gain Less Lp nur lose More everytime i Lose Games in a row . It doesnt matter if i win 3 or 10 in a row i geht punished by LP gain to the Point where i gain 23 and lose 28
same. between every pick i play being gutted into the fucking ground for little to no reason, and riot thinking unwinnable games are acceptable i've just stopped playing.
I think it's a side effect of the new LP gains and the matchmaking trying to make you hit 50% wr. KarasMai had a 70+% wr first few days pushing him into masters, now he's sitting on a respectable 60% WR after some huge lost streaks. I really think people don't factor in how hard the MMR system tries to enforce 50%. Regardless, the number of close games seems to be none existant. It's a one way stomp.
Year later, riot probably did some silent change to queueing system accidentally disabling winners queue and they rushed to fix it so people don't find out losers queue exists.
Yeah I've been having similar loss streaks in mid-diamond where it's just auto-losses for days on end with the occassional win inbetween. Been bouncing between D4 0LP and D2 90 LP. It's absolutely infuriating because I feel like I have practically no input on whether I win or not in most of my games.
Same, but also winstreaks. I duo with a friend in Gold, we got 12 losses in a row despite winning botlane almost every time, because both sololanes and jungle were getting giga-stomped. The worst offender was an allied Aurelion Sol who had 42 cs at 25 minutes and who kept cancelling both his channeled abilities. This week I've been on a 5-6 game win-streak where it feels like my opponents are the ones with DDOS-ed braincells. My last game I got matched against a Kayn jungle who went 1/9 and flamed all his allies all game and in the postgame lobby. It really feels like matchmaking forces win/loss streaks.
HEY BROS MAKE SURE U SUBSCRIBE RIOT THEMSELVES CALLED ME N SAID IF U SUBSCRIBE U WILL SAVE UR LP AND GET WINNERS QUEUE 😀👍🏻
TRIED IT
IT WORKED OUT !!
(P.S Still waiting for surrender of four yes in ranked atleats in EUNE CMON RIOT ) :D
on god
For me it was mostly the opisite, I've been winning allot recently, this season I've went from bronze 4 to silver 1 already, got from silver 4 to silver 1 in like 20 games or so in just 2 weeks
"won 5 games out of 42" what a vibe, I can imagine the amount of rage this loss streak can cause
Tbh there’s no rage after a certain amount. Just depression and emptiness
Once i lose 30games on a row, that was nice, 0 Rage, i feel sad after win,
i also won 7 ouy of 35 lmao dropped 550lp in master

Just saw you in a 3kliksphilip comment section 🤔
They have a pattent for a losers quebguys check their pattents lmao
Yeah loser's queue does exist, but you're not thrown into them just because you're losing, instead, you're thrown into them because you can carry a lot more than the average player in your rank, so instead of rising your MMR so you can play with players of your actual rank/skill, you just go against the people of your current rank, but with lower wr in your team.
That explains the loss streak and you losing more lp than normal, bullshit logic i would say.
You need to use ChampSelectSpy and dodge losers/autofills
@@josedallasta the last sentence may actually be true. I am currently in what I believe is a loser q, because sometimes I can outdamage my whole team combined, make some crazy (for my personal level) macro plays to get objectives and still hard lose.
According to League of Graphs I have +14% wr to average when +2 kills at 10 minutes and +20% wr to average when -2 kills at 10 minutes, so that kinda correlates with your statement. Kinda want to see the stats on that, so please like this comment if it's the same for you, and ratio on my next comment if it's not and you believe you're in the loser q

@@erickfernando18 Yeah its riot's fault for making your team play like bots
Well if you lose that means the enemy win so yeah there is no loses queue (Kapp)
Get used to it because I don't think it will ever change.
There's several types of different matches:
- When your whole team is good and opponent looks like AI and you just demolish them winning between 15 and 20 - and vice-versa
- When only one of your mates is bad and is 0/15 - and vice-versa - but still ruins the match
Then there's the most rare scenario:
- When both teams actually know what they're doing and it's actually a GG no matter who wins - This happens 1 every 200 matches
Most of the time this game isn't about who has the best players but who has the less shitty troller feeder players.
@@rhorantyko7796 the complete lack of longer games that have players of roughly the same skill is what I mean
are u guys sure you're not just schizo?
Not only that but when you face a losestreak, suddenly your team is the same level as always but there's that one player that hard carries the game like it's at least 10 ranks above you (if possible).
losers Q is when ur playing jungle and all the enemys have 500g shutdown before you clear 3 camps
They have a pattent for a losers quebguys check their pattents lmao
i think thats one of my biggest issue with league right now, when i win i feel like i did nothing and when i lose i feel like i couldnt have done anything, its very annoying and it makes me burn out very quickly.
some people buy accounts and yes , thats happening , they re nor actual bots
Additionaly if you are in "losersQ" you can notice your teammates are also in losing streaks, when enemy team is on winning streaks or close to 50% wr past few games. Confirmed that on 2 different accounts and drututt was noticing the same thing
So one team already starts with a mental handicap >:(
Here's a spicy take not to be taken seriously(a joke please it's a joke)
Instead of fixing matchmaking, riot has put streamers and high elo twitter active players into losersq to make general playerbase feel like it's happening to everyone🤣

As a master player on numerous accounts for 2 seasons now I have been very observant of my games along with others' and truth be told I will always believe in the concept of losers queue. Given how rare those extremely close 50/50 games have become with completely one-sided games being the vast majority, it surely is a plausible concept. Although I could go ahead and be more analytical, I am closing this off with an optimistic note that no matter what, you be cognizant that skill will always beat the odds.
and then there are people that play 30 ranked games in a season telling you it doesnt exist and you are just bad
that's a good point, I miss those 50 min games from season 5

It was an insane experience
If your not in ranked you could be matched against full teams. Probably happens more than you would expect. Also, league doesn't tell you so you would have no idea. The thing about solo/duo is that that can't be the cause of bad games. Just sayin
If its not rankeds then who cares?
Champ select anonymity has allowed Riot to hide people in lobby and your ability to see that Loser's Queue is real. It has to go. It literally hides transparency.
You wanna see who has a bad win rate. Wait for the guys to pick. Whoever goes malhazar adc that’s the idiot, you should dodge.

Matchmaking rigs every match:
As soon as u get in a winning strake u will get 0/10 yasuos, afks, jungle autofilled, i even got once 2 autofilled - jungle and sup, and they actually main sup and jungle,
the same exact opposite.

inters and autofilleds comes upon you, in order to 'correct' your winrate to 52% and your projected elo in several games comes closer to your past rank. Check how easy it
is for you to place in your past rank, im not talking about stomping becasue the enemy team is just bad, im talking about extra factors like afk or inters which makes the
game unplayable and a secure win for you.
Why the 52%? Well do the math, you will need 200 games in order to climb a higher rank, thats almost all season for a vast majority of players. Thats how RIto keeps its base

Only way out of that hell circle is win consistantly with the bad teammates for the mmr to finally realize that maybe you've gotten better.
cause this is the worst season we ever had. skill does not matter, best champs are all braindead press r champs, or stat checker who get 1 kill early and roll you the entire game. thats not a low elo problem since you have to play them to climb. look high, best jgl is jarvan/Vi........ best mid annie/ aurelion.

i swear its the same, on my main i kept losing no matter how good i performed.
Never lost so many games in a row than in this season, even in my placements
Ok. This is not me then, this started early this week, I was losing easy games like I could not explain, not matter how hard I try to. I understand losing some games, but this was just too much. My solution was to try my best every game and just keep pushing through, but I guess I need to take a break until this is resolved.
It has started this week for you?
Lucky you, I have had losersqueue since 2017
I actually thought it was just me having a tilt time so I stopped playing league since like a week or two ago which is probably when this started.
Ye it's been quite insane, it's either 6 games win streak or 6 games lose streak. No in between, and every game is decided by 15.
"oh but then you must have had a higher mmr" unlikely. ranks in this game were
My team g2,g1,p4,s1,g3.
now for the bullshit that was the ALL ON ROLE ENEMY TEAM - p1, p1, p2, p4, p1
Excuse the fuck out of me? was this suppose to be winnable? was this suppose to be a fucking fair game?
@@ArcaneTricksterRS exactly. It’s the most bs matchmaking ever. It balances it so that my team weighs me down if I’m on too big of a winstreak. It feels like matchmaking doesn’t help you to win games, but it can force you to lose if you’re winning to much
@@theludvigmaxis1 It definitely helps you win too though. Some games are clearly free wins where your teammates will all play well.
@@yannbrogard6971 yes I do get free wins but I would much prefer having close games where it was largely determined on how well I played. Right now we’re at the mercy of just matchmaking
yeah, lost for a whole week straight when i was holding 60% wr in diamond for weeks, very interesting riot, very interesting
Ive been complaining about the auto loss queue for a while now. Im glad people are finally talking about it.

I have the same problem, honestly happy you posted this video. I don't want to believe in losersQ but it's really hard not to.
And the pattern is very obvious -
1. Hit G4 after a long grind (S1 - G4 sometimes takes days, the system keeps you playing by giving you teams that are impossible to solo carry as a high gold/low plat skill level player)
2. Instantly go on a defeat streak - Lose 4 out of 5 games usually. Games that are not even close.
3. Check profile, see red triangle saying "Demotion shield expiring"
4. Do one more ranked game - same impossible team, demote.
5. Queue up again only to end up with an AFK at around the 5th min
6. Lose the game in 7 minutes, loss mitigated but still -17-20 LP
7. Queue up again - End up playing with a scripted jungle or support (Literal bot with 0% winrate)
8. Lose it in about 15-20 minutes
And there you go, you're at the bottom of S1.
There are so many potentially good changes to the ranked system of LoL but after all, Riot doesn't give a shit - it appears as if all they want is to keep the players grinding, to increase the likelihood of conversion once their new, fancy skin line drops.
i think we need the 5 games to rank up back and the shield preventing deranks removed
i am gold rightnow and the amount of people hardstuck g4 0 lp with 45% wr or worse is baffling to me
i check my opgg to see that my team has negative wrs while the enemy has 50+
Been on some crazy losing streaks the past few days, winning 2-3 games out of 20.
Apparently half the server has burnout then XD
@@AdmiralVortex They haven't done enough to mix it up for this season IMO.
@@AParkedCar1 That's fair. I do think there's something systemically wrong though
@@AdmiralVortex I absolutely agree. The best games are when it's neck and neck. I don't mind losing then. But those games simply do not happen anymore.
LMFAO. All high elo player say losers Q is not a thing until it hit them. well it time for them to deal with it like the rest of us
The video is so perfectly timed. I almost legit quit the game yesterday, and I've never been demoralized to this level before
Edit: I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but I've noticed almost everyone is lower elo than they should be, which is causing massive bottlenecking as we all out compete each other.
My take on losers queue:
I really believe that "losers queue" is a byproduct of the mmr system + Riot's internal mechanic to try and create this "50% wr" balance (to keep players playing the game). I'm sure that there isn't an actual function in the code to make the player lose but here are some scenarios that shows the flaws of the current system and why it seems like losers queue exists.
Assumptions: A normal player with an average winrate and plays with the intent to win
Scenario 1: You start winning more than usual
- Your rank increases but your mmr increases slower, causing a low LP gain, high LP loss
- You may be placed into a game where the enemies are around the same rank, slightly higher avg mmr. And your team, and although similar avg rank, but lower mmr
- With every game being harder to win, in addition with a low LP gain, high LP loss, you are less likely to win each game and thus "losers queue" is formed
Scenario 2: You lost one game and a losing streak starts forming
- Your mmr doesn't decrease significantly yet, but your mmr != your current rank
- Smurfs (I think) are defined where a player's mmr is much higher than their rank (ex: gold account with a plat mmr)
- Matchmaking has 2 options: to either put you in team where you have the highest mmr but your team all have lower mmr than you, OR place you with people with higher mmr (not necessarily mean better skill) and you have the lower/ lowest mmr on your team
- You may be placed in smurf queue (by accident) and your enemies may be smurfs
- You might be placed with boosted teammates (because their mmr is inflated but not their skill)
- You might be placed in an "unwinnable" team where no matter how hard you carry, you have 4 deadweights by default
- Since you are losing an "easier" game (plat mmr player losing in a gold game), you get deducted more LP upon loss, and less LP upon win (because the game thinks you SHOULD be winning in this elo), you are now in "losers queue"
On top of my head I currently can't think of a perfect way to solve this issue. I think one of the main flaws in the mmr system is that it assumes higher mmr == higher skill, lower mmr == lower skill. But in reality, a higher mmr doesn't always imply better skill and a lower mmr caused by a losing streak doesn't always mean that the player is bad
This has been happening to me for about a couple weeks. I've just been trying fun stuff and new characters cuz when I win lane it never matters
SAME. Every fucking game we go versus smurfs, and my teammates are bad or not as good as the Smurf’s. Been like that for a few weeks. I remember last reason I never had these issues
That's what the system wants you to do by giving you these unwinnable games then you become part of the problem
@@jackholt6860 I'm not throwing. I'm in silver four so I'm winning lane most of the time. But I still have a 50 percent wr

LosersQ 100% exists. Sometimes it doesn't matter what role I play, and my bot lane just dies 4 times before 4 mins.
I'm glad so many people are waking up. Now get your addiction in check and make Riot pay while keeping yourself in better physical and mental shape.
Since this wednesday, every game has been either a really drawn out, ripping victory from death's hands kind of game, or a complete stomp where all other lanes are losing and we ff at 18 minutes 2 with 2 afk players flaming in chat
this. we never hard win games for the past few days
Can we talk about the absolute MASSIVE play rival pulled off in the background
what would it take for you to upload your vods or make longer content on Rival Gameplay? Like i enjoy the vibe of the channel and watch a bit of twitch but am interesting in longer form content.
Same hapenning to me, from 67% WR OTP Sejuani to less than 48% in one week on Ru server, 1 or 2 autofilled players in every game. Something is definitely broken
drututt also had a 18 game lose streak
Holy cow, yes! I've been playing 3 or 4-man stack with some friends of mine who have created brand new EUW accounts, so we can all play together (they're usually on Asia). I'm the highest level at 110 or so, while they are levels 20 through 50. I mention this, because a lot of the games we played, our team didn't have any mastery on the champs we played, while the enemy team was double or triple our level (level 200-400 players) and nearly always Mastery 5, 6 or 7 with tens, if not hundreds of thousands of points.
Literally, every game we stacked-up tonight, one of us just insta-loses the lane and literally no matter how we play, we lose the game:
- I played Supp, enemy Karma+Trist are tower-diving us for a double at level 3.
Went from Silver 1 promos back to Silver 4 .
"Many people have wittnessed thunderclouds in the last few months.. it must be the great god odin!"
1) the likelyhood of a phenomena like thunderclouds forming is very high.
@Rival at last something that we have been facing from decades every alternate weeks is now noticed by you.
I was talking about this with a friend yesterday. I was telling him that lately I've been feeling weird with LoL because no matter what I just keep losing getting at least one 0/15 dude every game.
I tried different roles, different strategies and no matter what it seems almost impossible to win
here in brazil we have a challenger in a current loss streak where he lost 700 LP
The Most frustrating thing about this Season is the LP gain.
Losstreaks are More punishing than winstreaks are rewarding.
For example when i win 7 games in a row i Start to gain Less Lp nur lose More everytime i Lose Games in a row .
It doesnt matter if i win 3 or 10 in a row i geht punished by LP gain to the Point where i gain 23 and lose 28
i went from 62% ranked winrate to 49% in the span of three days and dropped. I quit ranked on that account.
This has absolutely been happening to me too, stopped playing for a hot minute because of it
same. between every pick i play being gutted into the fucking ground for little to no reason, and riot thinking unwinnable games are acceptable i've just stopped playing.
Yeah it's been happening to me since 2018. Glad everyone else is finally catching up.
It's a one way stomp.
we dont have losers queue we have "dynamic match making" which preys on negative emotions and sunk cost facilizes to keep you engaged
Year later, riot probably did some silent change to queueing system accidentally disabling winners queue and they rushed to fix it so people don't find out losers queue exists.
Riot really said "We told you losers queue didn't exist" and since we didn't believe they actually made losers queue real
I went from 650 lp tp 250 starting exactly 4 days ago, so the moment I saw this video I yelled "YES!!!"
that backgroud clip was sick
