It depends on your personal reasons and conditions. Why do you want to move to Australia? There is definitely an initial struggle and cost of living can be high too if you dont find a good job. If you want better quality of life , are confident in your skills and are ready to struggle a bit, only then leave your stable job and move. For me personally, there were moments when I missed family but with time have made friends, got job and have started enjoying a lot of aspects about living here. So, take decision accordingly! You can check my other videos about courses related to PR and my journey to help you get more clarity. Also, if you just want to travel and explore here temporarily and are under 30 years, there will be a working holiday visa coming next year or so which allows you to come and work here for a short duration. You can try that.
