Mine do the same sometimes, I find it's helpful to place it on a wall , like the one next to the door to the balcony, so it got the same starting point each time, and then move it from there with the remote! 🤗

@musiclovers9777 I think levelling up a lot helps, eating, showering, and sleeping give a lot of xp, as well as quests and musical chairs. Also collecting all the chests on the new campus if you haven't already! The Halloween event coming soon will help too cause you will be able to exchange candy for diamonds!
