My god, hitting pads like this really is an art, good luck dude!

This is quite simply fantastic. Superb technique and power throughout . Can I ask were the strength and padwork done in the same session?🙏
Amazing cardio! Love getting ideas for my own training. Thanks!
Nice strength routine!
Bloody good tech and speed.
Oowee 🔥 Lovely lovely technique, great padholding too. Solid grafting clinching for half the rest too, will make all the difference when it comes down to it. Looking forward to this one 💪

Nice Skills
He’s a beast
Strong 🔥🥊
yup sure is
Some solid rounds there
I love that they go from hard pad rounds and into clinch.
How long were the pad rounds and how long were the clinch rounds do you remember ?
the pad rounds was 3 minutes with a 2 minute rest but the first minute having to clinch straight after the 3 min round
so really it was like a 4 min round with 1 min rest. ... 5x rounds of it
@@SiamBoxing ahhh ic ic

Joder, que recuerdos, estoy entrenando algo después de la operación.
This is why clinching is a dying art
If you fighting Lewis best avoid connecting with his elbow or knee. If you can of course 😊
yeh hes dangerous with them

those knees are so long!

Why clinching in between?
