Really love to see how sweet Ryan is to his employees, I remember him mentioning that even though his company is less productive due to how chill he is as a boss, and how he just wants to give his employees an enjoyable working environment is really respectable. Im really happy that you're in a better place now financially and emotionally. Please understand that your followers appreciate you for your content so it doesn't matter whatever the news platforms have to say or twist.
1. Floor to ceiling window 2. 30 sec to mrt 3. Regular layout with no wasted space (my bought unit, not the rental) 4. Reasonable price 5. Park connector all the way to mbs (can ride bicycle there all the way without road) 6. Not a mega development (only 198 units) 7. Neighbors are all nice, chill 8. Mcst is awesome, maintain development as good as new 9. Unblock and 270 degree paranomic views 10. Endless wind, always always windy 11. Literally all my neighbors here love their condo and units so much they don’t want to sell (which makes it very hard to buy a unit here) 12. Food options are just crazy in the east. 13. My gf lives 1 mrt stop away 14. east side best side 15. My luck has tremendously increased since I come here hahaha 16. Condo is installing ev charger So far is like this, the only thing I don’t like is the car park, abit hard to turn in :| but that’s just me nitpicking already haha
