Congrats on hitting 200 subscribers Brock! I had an idea for a video (no pressure to use it, just thought I’d suggest! ) it could be cool to go Spirits Bay, it looks absolutely beautiful and the legend behind it is pretty interesting!
Thank you!!! I would never have hit 200 subscribers without people like you who support my channel! I actually camped right next to Spirits Bay in one of my previous videos, close to when I first got to New Zealand. The video is "Visiting Cape Reinga and the Giant Sand Dunes!". Although at the time, I had no idea of the legend behind it!
It's a real shame the volcano buried what was one of the eight wonders of the world, the pink and white terraces which attracted many of the tourists at that time.
Funny, I was just there this weekend. The extra walk to the waterfall is probably a bit much for some, but if you've got reasonable fitness & good mobility then its definitely worth the steps down & back up!
You should have went back for your mom that's maori protocol ..put your elders before yourself ..what if she slipped or got Injured .she's old and it's muddy

I wouldn't pick on the guy being blamed for the eruption. I mean if he has that sort of power, better be nice to that guy!
