    Detroit property values have skyrocketed! This city and real estate is on fire! Homes are being bought up and lots of investments have been going on. I feel things will continue to go up. Glad i took that leap in the housing market last year.

    Kankakee is 45 minutes outside of Chicago. Rockford is about 1.5 hours. People flocking to those towns because it was cheap to live their and you can access Chicago easily

    Lol people have listened to people like Michael B. And lost out. They should have listened to you. Guess what, Michael B. Bought a condo in 2021 while telling people to wait. He's enjoying equity growth while his audience is paying higher rent.
    Some people spent 4 years waiting for someone else to fall on bad times and forclose. People who waited have lost at least $150,000 in missed equity, income tax benefits and in increased rental payments. That number increases every year they wait. Many of the same people lost affordability while they were waiting.

    Cumberland house are extremely old, home built after 2000 less than 10 listing. Also no jobs unless in health care. Drug issues...population has been decrease for 10 yrs. excellent for digital nomads and work from home folks who love nature. Place is beautiful though. It's 2 and 1/2 hours from Washington DC, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia

    ppl are buying but alot of ppl are house poor and some ppl cant even afford a high down payment on top of insurance, especially if your still making car payments. Getting a home now only works when theres two ppl or more going in on the home.

    That sad part ,have you thought of people who lost their jobs? You continue to say I told y’all! Make it make sense. You need to consider all aspects. people like myself, and others have lost their homes,jobs. So now I just told you. Jobs will continue to drop, then how do you pay?
